I went there yesterday as a first time customer. I did not receive anything for being first time customer. I bought 1/8 of humanity og and one gram of raw garden Larry got funk. $95 total. They charged me $126 something after tax!!!! $31 and Change for sales tax off of two items what a rip off!!!! I normally go to connected in Sacramento they do not charge you 33% sales tax!!! It’s like 20% or so. But this place is very ghetto and trashy wouldn’t be surprised if the bud tender overcharged me on purpose to pocket the money.

I spent over 1 hour to buy 3 clones.Terrible service. They made us wait outside in the sun. Once inside, another line. Only 1 person working in the clones dept. Many employees walking around explaining why it is taking so long. Most of them look like they smoke way to much pot. How about more help where it is needed? I wish I could work for a place where no one is responsible for there actions!And PLEASE, don’t get me started on the “taxes”!

First visit yesterday. I loved the space, it's beautiful and browsing the shelves was fun...its the first dispensary I've been to that isn't solely a counter service. Store has a grow counter too, for plants seed etc. Friendly security and staff. Efficient COVID measures and curbside pick up option.

I purchased a $50 30:1 CBD oil that didn’t work. I was planning on using it to lesson the amount of pain medication I had to take after a cancer surgery, double mastectomy and nerve grafting. My cousin who has fibromyalgia and I both tried this recommenced product and we had 0 reduction in pain. It tasted like burnt leaves and I thought it was perhaps defective. So on 3 different occasions I called to speak with a manager. I know you can’t really return marijuana but I figured considering the situation I could at least have a conversation with a manager. The first two times I left the message with Natalia and the last time it was with (I think) Carina. Both representatives were nice and listened to the issue I was having, but I never had anyone reply. Maybe someone will at some point. I do have a second surgery for reconstruction coming up in a few months.

This is my favorite dispensary in the bay! Very cool that they deliver to Richmond. Had a delivery today and not only was the driver in a mask and gloves and sanitized before making the delivery- they were kind and it was seamless to pay using can pay. It’s clear that they care about their employees and customers. Highly recommend- great delivery experience.

All around terrible. I attempted to purchase something for pickup and drove there four times and each time there was a problem. Their process is so convoluted that I was literally unable to complete my order or buy anything.the last time I drove there I was talking to the gentleman as I received a text message that my order was canceled for some reason. They have no record of me ever even placing an order. I would have had a more productive day if instead I had driven across the bay bridge four times to talk to a literal red brick in Oakland

The people outside your store are suffering in the sun.I'm privileged enough for someone to get my medicine for me but I'm sitting here in the shade watching all of these people, some of them look actually very sick because they're standing in the Sun. Perhaps my post will prompt you to do something about it. It's over an hour outside waiting time. I wish the order before worked but the three times I've used that service they've never had my order... What's one to do?

This is really , the only place I go to get my essentials. I love the atmosphere. It's very clean and the staff is very helpful without being overbearing. I especially love the fact that you can walk around the shop and hold a product in your hands and read the packaging. It doesn't feel like a head shop. It feels like a real store. I don't like the other places where everything is behind a counter. It's too bad the other dispensaries can't follow this business model. They would get more business if they did,

Took a drive over here from San Jose and picked up 6 clones very easy and convenient ordering online with text message updates no troubles at all door guys are professional and welcoming the bud tender SAM G helped me out and was very nice and gave me a ton of knowledge on the California laws and regulations very nice woman!i appreciate it Harborside

Harborside used to be a friendly place, staff used to care, not anymore! It feels like they are just out to make another million, no customer satisfaction at all. They don't stock product, you have to ask if they have this or that in the back, which always seems like a bother to the sales staff. Put out what you have!!!! It feels like a Walmart, not cool at all anymore. Much better Dispensaries out there!
