VERY UNPROFESSIONAL this is not how an establishment like this should be run. Should be a very laid back enjoyable experience. Thank you old man security guard for ruining my first dispensary experience.

Great and well trained staff. The staff is most definitely the backbone of the dispensary. Recreational selection is still terrible if you want something other than edibles or vape carts and if you want those be prepared to shell out a good sum of money for a small amount of product (mainly the vape carts). Still pretty frustrating that if I want flower I have to drive 2 hours away to Collinsville and then shell out 70+ dollars just for an eighth and then drive 2 hours back but Illinois has never been that good at introducing new programs. Maybe in 5 or 6 years I'll be able to get flower here...

Full 24 hour ordering. Which makes the menu email useless. Now, no one really knows what the despensry will have because it can be ordered and sold out at any moment. The first come, first serve option is done. With more and more people buying and buying for others who don't have a medical card, it has made buying in general very difficult. Terrible to say but this despensry has gone down hill in a matter of months. I hope they catch up because I do like the staff.

I give a 2 only because I got wax. This place is chaotic and you wanna talk about hurry up and wait people running around everywhere employees in and out not using the ppe in the correct way and your gonna stand outside for a good hour if there is a line. There are a million ways you could run this smoothly you can tell it was thought up by stoners.

Waited in line outside for about an hour and a half, got inside and had to wait another hour to be called on next, and waited another 15min in line to buy the 1 limit per customer pre-roll joint and other products. Very high priced about more than double that was shown online due to tax. More economical to just get it on the streets than at dispensaries tbh

Waited 15 minutes just to get in the door. Once I was in, I had to take a number and sit in a waiting room, which totally made it feel like I was at the DMV. I took number 60, and the "now serving" sign was showing 26 when I walked in. I waited another 15 minutes inside the waiting room and during that time the number never changed. If it went that slowly and literally no numbers were being called within 15 minutes, then there is something seriously wrong here. Needless to say, I left.There are are other dispensaries within a reasonable driving distance that had much better wait times and service.

I've been a medical pt. at Harbory for a year now. For the most part I like them. They have more to choose from and lower prices than Thrive. However, some of the staff are helpful and friendly and others just hurry you in and out, so you really have to do your own research and know what you want!! Availability is due to lag on growers part not dispensary. I don't like that they haven't had a sale since 10/19, and prices are going up!! I asked the guy who waited on me recently, why no sales? The dispensaries in Chicago area are having sales, I've checked their website. His answer: we only have sales when we have overstock, and we haven't had overstock! Well, maybe they should have sales when stuff is getting old too!! The edible I purchased was packed on 11/13/19! Already 4 months old!! And I paid full price!! Either grower's holding it back, or dispensary is not selling it and it's sitting to long!!! Either way it should've been on sale. I don't like to buy edibles that are more than one or two months old. It seems like since rec opened they don't watch or care about that stuff anymore. Just waiting for it to get better, all around.

System is yet new and from what I've been told there have been source product insufficiencies for the recreational consumer as a result. A medical customer is always assured availability of products as the facility must always keep a 30 day reserve on hand for the medical customers. The recreational customer gets what's left over outside of the medical reserve. I've heard the prices of product are in no way competitive with what is offered in the underground and that seems like a mistake or otherwise motivated decision and practice.

Overall, staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Their selection of vape carts was pretty great. Unfortunately, I drove a pretty long way to be informed they had no flower / pre rolls at all (and hadnt had any for rec users since they opened) while I was waiting in line. Probably should make that more clear on their websites and over the phone but oh well.
