*COVID-19 Update* You are required to sign up and upload your government ID on the company's website.Was told this (above) after I stepped in line for 2 prerolls. I questioned the employee (greeter, bald guy with a beard) about uploading my ID and he answered, "No", then denied any other questions I brought forth. I then stepped out of line, signed up and uploaded my ID etc., then got back in line. I was then COMPLETELY IGNORED by the greeter. As I stepped to the front of the line to get in the tall security guard greeted me, asked my name, another staff member from inside the store came out, asked me for my name, then the greeter HAD to talk to me to check me in!! Interesting.....Thank you and and Big Ups to the tall security guard in front of the store and Alexis behind the counter!!! These people know how to treat others with respect!!Urbana, CHECK YOUR GREETER WITH THE BALD HEAD AND BEARD HIS ATTITUDE WAS DISRESPECTFUL (May, 25th around 12-2pm)

For some reason this club states that they can't give any information about strains or percentages of THC over the phone or on their website. So deliveries are more a less a grab bag of goods. Their website already contradicts that statement by posting that information for selected strains. On top of that, they charge 5-10% more for products you can get elsewhere. Not impressed with my experience.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The selection was pretty good. The prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was inviting.I was approached by an employee who offered assistance in making my selection. It was evident that she knew what she was talking about, which ultimately helped me find what was right for me.My family and I had a pleasant experience, will be happy to return, and will recommend Urbana to friends and family.

I returned a preroll because it was stale and harsh to smoke. It was harvested more than a year ago, meaning it should never have been on the shelf. When I complained about it to a manager, he let me exchange it for something else but he offered no regrets about the poor product. After we finished the transaction he said nothing, just looked away from me towards a co-worker. Poor product, worse service, especially coming from a manager.

Quite possibly the BEST Rec shop not only in the City, but that I've been into. Great presentation, store layout, and overall style & feel. Awesome variety of flower, wax, edibles...you name it. Friendly, helpful and cheery staff is the icing on the cakeThat, and their LOUNGE in the back!

I've been a member since it first opened. Service has improved over all. But, today, I was amazed when I asked about a special and was essentially talked into purchasing the new special but then Security declined the ability for me to purchase it because the sale didn't start for 15 minutes. A smart manager would have asked me to wait in the lounge or would have okayed the purchase 15 minutes early. I'm pretty frustrated with their customer service.

Great location. Park in the neighborhood. Don't rush while you're there, the whole store is your oyster. Ask staff for help, carry your basket, get some tickets for the tasting bar, and sign up with their newsletter for dealllsssss. Pro tips, don't double park, don't park in neighbors driveways, don't park in the bus zone, check the chalk board for deals.

Great staffEdit: the staff is not as friendly any more, which makes me sad. There’s been several instances where I’ve dealt with upset and/or mad employees. 5 stars down to 4. Wish there was a 3 1/2 option because they’re about a C-
