I took the 14 minute detour to see this place following the recommendation of my colleague Matthew Phylis Holden. I would definitely classify it as the narrowest building I have ever seen. Unfortunately I was not able to enter the building so could not get the answers to the questions I had like how does the bed fit? Is there a bath? How narrow are the stairs?

A nice museum, covering the history on both medical and "entertainment" use of marijuana. Your ticket will take you to two buildings where you will be renting an audio device that will lead you through the multiple displays of marijuana. Would recommend this museum to anyone who has any curiosity on the story and current situation of marijuana usage and political situation.The only issue is that there's no bathroom for costumers and depending on how long you spend, it might become a problem.

Interesting museum! The Hash Marihuana and Hemp Museum will provide you with everything you’d want to know about the cannabis plant and its use cases throughout the ages. It will open your mind to all the possibilities that this magical plant has to offer. This typical Amsterdam museum gives a good global historical perspective on the appreciation of cannabis, political activism and the medical background of marijuana. It is located on the “Oudezijds Achterburgwal” in the Red Light District and actually consists of two separate buildings: the museum and the gallery.

Great place, lots of great information and pictures. Loved the live grow. Didn't use the handheld information device much but was a nice touch if we'd have had more time. Staff were friendly and fun people. Wouldn't go again just us because wasn't huge so feel I have seen it now but was a great experience and we feel happy to have gone, would probably take friends/family and highly recommend to everyone.

Small but sweet. Yes this place is a little on the small side but it is organized well and is very informative. If you’re new to cannabis or just interested in learning more this place really has some good background from all over the world. The ticket also gains you access to a small hemp museum just north of the marijuana museum. We enjoyed spending our short time here. Staff was friendly and helpful.

You pay for the "hash and marijuana museum" but what it really is is far from that. This is a hemp museum. More of a story museum with lots of uses of the hemp fiber through History. There is a culture room inside which is the only place you will find marijuana. The rest of the exhibition is very History focused, which is not a Bad thing but that's not how it was sold. Plus, There are no toilets inside, and the ticket is expensive.

Guys all you need to Know about Marihuana is there , my second trip always with pleasure. Cost is about 8 € But you have access to This and other Hemp museum which is very interesting. + plus 1 mins away you have Cannabis College where you can dig in more about cannabis in many foreign languages and also smoke some weed but also use vaporizer to inhale your stuff. Staff there extremely friendly always soo helpful , they can check your stuff you bought to do quality check about your weed. I will definitely visit it again. You can also get interactive voice guide tour in foreign languages included into price ticket. Must see if you not only looking for a coffee shops!!!

Interesting woman centred exhibition. Came for a book launch. It was very popular.It's very small, I felt very uncomfortable in the space.I imagine it doesn't get super busy.It's nicely laid out but I wouldn't come for a museum visit. I'm pretty sure you have to pay to come in. I didn't find/see any new or surprising information & found the photos 'nice'.Looks geared to an average (not so smart or big) American tourist. Reckon they would find it 'really cute, informative, fun.'I found it cramped, busy, trendy, unchallenging except in terms of maneuvering between the exhibits.
