They have a good variety of stuff. Good points program. I'd say the weakest link for all Have a Heart stores is the Incredibly SLOW Service. Last 5/5 times I've been to belltown have been over 20 minutes in line before you're helped. If you're local and want to buy weed on lunch break, Don't. You'll be in line for at least a half hour not including the time to walk over there. They never seem to have more than 2 registers going even when it's the rush, lunch or after work. They just don't care to make customers wait a Really Really long time. Pro Tip: Open every register you have all hands on deck when there are customers.

Like was horrendously long, over 25 minutes, and whoever was behind the cash register was slow and didn't bring me the correct products. When I asked if they had 20mg soda he said yes then brought two 10mg. I suggest finding someplace out of downtown for better service.

Florida native - this was my second dispensary ever. "Recreational" like environment. Line was long. Place was packed. They didnt have anything i was interested in like northern lights, or pineapple express. Guy at the counter would basically agree with anything i would say. Not really helpful. Nothing really special about this place

I arrived at 11:38, 7 minutes before they are supposed to close and they would not let me in. The security guard said they had too many people in the store, yet they had maybe 6 customers inside. Also I had an online order, and there was literally one person in the online order line.I then called to speak to a manager as I was outside of the store, when I reached her it was 11:42. She said "the doors are still open, you may come in." I explained to her, no, the security guard would not let me in. She then said "Oh, one minute let me put you on hold" and she put me on hold for a few minutes. When she came back she said "I'm sorry, it's now past 11:45 and the doors are locked."In this 10 minutes I wasted trying to get inside, I could have went in, purchased my online order, and left, all in less time.I have been coming to Have A Heart since before it was a legal weed shop and these locations existed. It was just a little medical shop on Aurora. I have, for years, purchased from this company, countless times. I have made friends with budtenders from that Aurora shop and a few of the legal rec shops over the years, from being such a regular customer. I'm considering changing that, and taking my business elsewhere. No longer does Have a Heart actually have a heart, and care about their customer anymore. Just care about getting the customer in and out and taking their money. That is a shame.

Loyalty program is hands down the best I've seen. And tend to have all the bomb weed. Always friendly and usaly helpful (i know alot but they know the stock so it works pretty good
