This place has a fantastic selection and helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable and polite. The prices are good. You can get pretty good weed for not very much money. Check out the fire cannabis joint packs it comes five in a pack for 10 bucks can't beat that. Have a heart you guys rock never change. You're golden. Much love and respect.

The personal at this location is not properly trained in their rewards system. After I redeemed a discount online, it was not honoured by the budtender. The associate appeared to be mad at me for redeeming the discount so I told him to forget it. If they are gonna act like this why do you have a rewards program at all. Ive been a customer since they opened this branch but this situation was embarrassing and disappointing. I'm not sure I can recommend this store anymore.

I love the staff, they’re all so friendly and helpful and don’t make me feel like an inconvenience like some other dispensaries. The door men are also very friendly and kind. There’s a great selection when it comes to edibles and joints, but they’re lacking in selection for ounces and the ounces are way overpriced, $120 for some leafy, stemmy stuff that smells homegrown in a bad way is ridiculous to me. I’ll be sticking to small purchases of joints and edibles when I come by from now on.

Open early, friendly staff, and never too busy. One of the better HH locations.Update for 2020:Well after years of loyalty, they implemented some new loyalty scheme, so i have to text a thing, get a text back text back again, text again, get a bookmark on my homepage, text again unsubscribe from spam, but I still allow a third party track me, and i better keep it there if i want loyalty rewards, and its pitched as some benefit to me. No terms of service, so good luck once the WA privacy laws kick in. This is an insane user experience, and leaves me feeling like a mark. And since the selection exists elsewhere, there is no reason to keep coming back, it's just insulting. Good job.

I have come here multiple times and they are usually helpful and friendly. But I just went in there and asked a lady for help. And she didn't seem interested. But I started off asking if they had something I was looking for. She coldly said we have one left. I was like ok cool Looked at it and didn't like it. Asked her about a different product and asked if she had any info on it and she said I don't use it. I know people buy it. Again coldly. She didn't ask her other 4 coworkers opinion just made it seem like it was too difficult to help me. . Was a frustrating interaction and one I just left without buying anything. I'll take my business to a different location. She needs some help with her customer service skills. And even if you dont have product knowledge ask for help.

This store routinely engages in illegal bait-and-switch pricing. They list 7gram prices then, surprise surprise, almost every time I ask for a quarter oz they are "out" and have to charge the higher 8th price. Worse yet, I saw a $35 quarter of some lower end schwag. But when I tried to buy it the manager told me I had to pay an extra $5 because the price was "wrong"! I just used up my points and will not be going back.

Defently going to be returning to this location. Great prices on any kind of glass piece. Beautiful pieces and very clean store. Not much parking but thats seattle for you. About same price as almost all cannabis stores when it comes to flower or patrolled. The guy who helped me was very nice and a great help and actually could answer all questions himself and also. Grateful you warned me of information I was happy to be formed about with their store and other locations it has here in Washington as well as in other states, which is totally awesome. As well as the lady who saw that I was interested in the glass pieces and introduce me to some of their new pieces which I will be going back to purchase one since their prices are outstanding, she was beyond helpful, very nice, seemed to truly listen to customers on what they do and don't like and I defently could tell she enjoyed what she does for a living! Really, wish I would have asked them both for their name, but I will edit my review Once I do go back and get their names. <3<3

I am super loyal to this store and that is because of the staff who are incredibly helpful. I would like to highlight Devin, every time I come in he makes a point to come say hi and ask what I'm looking for, how I'm feeling and always picks out really great stuff. He is super knowledgable and friendly. The quality and selection of product is also great but the staff is the reason have a heart greenwood is my pot shop.

I've had good experiences here until recently. I usually need time to browse and sometimes ask questions because i'm not the most experienced, and it's clear the last couple visits i've been getting rushed, not by every employee. I can only make it in the mornings before work, and its clear their morning staff doesn't want to give advice or even be there it seems. The last two times i've been in, a girl who i think is new begins by asking me "you know what you want" and has literally rolled her eyes at me each time because I need help and questions! I want to buy more but she was so unapproachable and rude I can't see myself returning, to this location anyway. Their skyway location is great but is out of my way.

I like have a heart, and visit their skyway location often, but at this location both times I have visited the staff are rude. Perhaps not in an intentional way but they seem so stoned they can’t answer your questions.Update: I emailed BJ and never hear back. Disappointing.
