I have come here multiple times and they are usually helpful and friendly. But I just went in there and asked a lady for help. And she didn't seem interested. But I started off asking if they had something I was looking for. She coldly said we have one left. I was like ok cool Looked at it and didn't like it. Asked her about a different product and asked if she had any info on it and she said I don't use it. I know people buy it. Again coldly. She didn't ask her other 4 coworkers opinion just made it seem like it was too difficult to help me. . Was a frustrating interaction and one I just left without buying anything. I'll take my business to a different location. She needs some help with her customer service skills. And even if you dont have product knowledge ask for help.

Defently going to be returning to this location. Great prices on any kind of glass piece. Beautiful pieces and very clean store. Not much parking but thats seattle for you. About same price as almost all cannabis stores when it comes to flower or patrolled. The guy who helped me was very nice and a great help and actually could answer all questions himself and also. Grateful you warned me of information I was happy to be formed about with their store and other locations it has here in Washington as well as in other states, which is totally awesome. As well as the lady who saw that I was interested in the glass pieces and introduce me to some of their new pieces which I will be going back to purchase one since their prices are outstanding, she was beyond helpful, very nice, seemed to truly listen to customers on what they do and don't like and I defently could tell she enjoyed what she does for a living! Really, wish I would have asked them both for their name, but I will edit my review Once I do go back and get their names. <3<3

Best pot shop I've been to in Seattle. The prices are fair, there are ALWAYS good bargains and specials to be had, the loyalty program is worth signing up for, and the staff are usually helpful and not too pushy about upselling. Ordering online here is way easier than some other places I've tried, and during busy hours skipping the line is a great bonus. I've found that the cheapest stuff here can be better than what passes for top shelf elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Feedback:

This place has a very long history in Seattle from it's start as a tiny medical supplier, way back. I personally recommend the Greenwood location. The staff are honest about who knows what, their selection is top notch, and they'll make sure you're getting what you want and need. I love the employees. They're kind, patient and thorough! Online ordering is a plus!

Loved these shops. Visited two different locations and both had friendly and helpful staff. Come to Minnesota when they legalize it!

I came here on one of the last days of my trip and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and had quick service. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Dude was extremely impatient with me, nothing was on display to show off any strains, I asked to look at a few ounces he came off super rude about it. After not being impressed after looking at 3 different ones he mentioned checking out the online menu to get me out of the one and only line you can be in to check stuff out only to find out there's not even pictures so I would have had to go to the back of the line and wait forever a second time just to continue checking out more, one at a time mind you, and deal with more feelings of being a burden or terrible person for wanting to look at product until I see something i want. Worst experience ever at a pot shop. Don't go here. They need to change they're customer experience

Current go-to neighborhood shop. I wish it were a bit closer/in my neighborhood but cant get everything we want all the time. I like the staff and selection here. Staff is helpful and I never get a rushed or pressured feeling while looking around. They dont hesitate to crack open a case if you want to see something or if it's the last one on hand. Parking is what it is but Fred Meyer doesn't seem to mind. Decent membership club and sales as well.
