So I used to go to LUX off of Lake City Way close to my house but unfortunately their customer service is below average. So now I go a little out of my way to Have a Heart in Lake Forest Park where they actually know how to treat a loyal customer!Great job guys!

This dispensary is clean with a lot of selection and friendly staff. Prices are good and the rewards program is actually rewarding.

They recently are no longer offering medical discounts to MMJ patients, nor have they ever catered to them. I have made several requests for bulk CBD flower, they take my phone number and then I hear nothing. Their competitor, Herbn Elements is not too much further down the road, and will now be getting my business. They do a much better job catering to MMJ patients, and have a better selection. The staff at Have a Heart are great, but obviously management/upper-management needs some work.
