Amazing dispensary with great service, chill atmosphere and well trained staff. Workers have always been knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and reliable to help you find just the right product. It’s really nice and impressive how consistent they’ve been in providing a smooth and positive dispensary to stock up on all the best top shelf brands and a lot of forms of cannabis aside from flower.Love the location, easy to find with a large store and ATM’s available inside so you don’t have to hit the bank before your weed run.Their mural as you enter is really cool to admire and it’s beautifully decorated throughout the shop. The smell of rich bud really permeates the air and makes your nose tingle as you browse. Have a Heart has hands down some of the finest and best quality cannabis products in Washington state. They do a fantastic job taking care of their customers here and I’ve never felt like I overpaid, they offer up to 30% off during some sales. I feel like you get the best bang for your buck here and choice of top quality smokeables, edibles, and glass. I’m sure you will agree once you see it for yourself, let these lovely people treat you to some of the finest cannabis that the coast has to offer.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I ask a lot of questions since we use both medicinally and for recreation. Never has anyone been impatient with me. The membership offers great deals and updates and the website offers the convenience of ordering then picking up or just browsing without having to hang out in the store. I love our dispensary.

They refused to honor their website 30% of first time membership coupon advertised on their site. Staff seemed not to even know about the deal so i brought up the website which says first time members get 30% off they said yes the website does say that but it must be some coupon you get added to your account at a later period......33 dollars thats what the coupon would of saved me.....

Came here on vacation found Have a Heart. Nicest people ever and they were very patient with me. California oils are so expensive for concentrates they range from 60 to 80ish dollars per just a gram. As of the prices here I was blown away 30 to 40 a gram that's amazing and the tax and everything is right on. I was help by Josh, Carl, and Melissa. The first oil I got was splashing oil in my throat, then tried a second oil on a exchange of Jackpot Seaweed and that wasnt good cause there was no head change as of doing my research I think I found my oil in MFused so I appreciated all the help. It's really about finding a strain or product that suits your needs even if you find products along the way that are not what you wanted. Patience is key to everything. Thank you Have a Heart for helping me through my troubles the brand names and potency is different then California. So due to research I was able to find a product that was suitable to me.

This place is the greatest!!!!! Their employees are very very nice and helpful and patient. I don't know the names of the girls that work in the mornings but they're great and I think there's a guy named John he sweet and helpful and then there's Carl, he is so nice and helpful and patience and it is always a pleasure to stop by here no matter who is there ----you guys are all great!!!!!! Okay, a small town with an amazing place to find all your cannabis needs in one location for a better price than most places in Seattle. The people who work here are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always glad to see you if a repeat or new customer. They offer a wide variety of edibles, smokeables, vaping supplies, pipes, papers, drinks, etc. They have cash machines, water, and a great location. Usually quick in and out. If you are new to cannabis or CBD products, the staff will help you figure out what you should consider for whatever your needs are.

Very well kept store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection was great and had 'something for everyone '. They were able to tell me about the farms the product came from as well as insightful opinions on what kind of product would be good for a persons needs. I will definitely visit again in the future.

This place is huge. Not only is the building big but the selection is enormous. The staff were so gracious. Initially, was unsure what I needed, but after a brief explanation the staff had a couple of recommendations that were perfect for me. You don't have to know anything about Marijuana, just stop by to Have a Heart, they will happily help you whether you are a first timer or an ol' pro.

As a infrequent and inexperienced marijuana user I was curious. I explained I was looking for sleep aids and pain relief without smoking product. I was made to feel comfortable and Czar explained the different tinctures, lotions and edibles could do for me. The knowledge of the staff and their ability to ease anxiety made my experience a great one.

Being new to the area I was on a search for a specific topical that I was introduced to in colorado. I did not know that WA laws did not allow for the import of said creams. I was shown and given recommendations of a few that might be equivalent. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wish I could try their flowers and concentrates. Will return here again! Highly recommended!
