Bait and switch! Double check your product! Online said purple punch by Fire was 27.8% THC with .02 cbd when i got it home product is only 15.49% THC with no cbd. Crooks-of course they didn't tell me-or charge me less for the shoddy product they sold me. Screw them! Go elsewhere-so many excellent above board cannabis stores to choose from. And screw your web disclaimer! Thieves, Liars!

Customer service is last. here online order line takes way to long .... I would only recommend coming here if its your last option. They didnt even have my order ready after they texted me it was ready got there stood at the counter for 15 min cause they didnt have it ready. Got there stood in line for 20 min about total 45 min being there. Evergreen is 5 min lol seriously 5 mins

Washington has a 90 day extension on ID renewals and mine happened to expire on my birthday and I went in on my bday. I was turned away at the door for not carrying around the letter. Later (same day same ID) I was allowed into the angels of the wind casino WITHOUT the letter. Like ?????? What is that ??? completely wasted my time comming here. Train your security right and keep them updated on the law cause that’s some bull.

Was a great dispensary until they started doing the distance same thing and letting customers smoke outside while they are in line and letting cigarrette smoke drift right next to the entrance upwind so it all blows right in my face while I'm waiting in line outside. I asked the doorman if i could stand just inside the door, which he told me no. I said well fine tell her to move, and he asked me to move which was extremely rude, I have been a customer for years and even have a few of the budtenders personal phone numbers. Washington law says 25ft from the door, I didn't get out a tape measure but she was pretty close and incredibly disrespectful to everyone else that wasn't a smoker.

Okay, so I've lived across from this store for two years and the people there are always so welcoming. Conversation is uplifting and usually funny. They are super knowledgable and reconmendations are on point. I always leave laughing or smiling. And I'm not even stoned yet. Anyway, I ended up trying to use the rewards for 10 off of 50, but only got 5 off. So I call the number on the receipt cus I'm lazy. And just ask to have the 5$ added on the account . Yo, they put that andddddddd some. Just sent a pic of my recipet and bam. No questions asked. Thanks man. You guys are great

This place has little reguard to medical patients, I have to wait in the entrance for a solid 10 minutes for the manager to verify my card every time. I've been told on multiple occasions by the manager that they're going on break and I'll just have to wait until they're back when they could have just served me then. To top it off the bud tenders aren't very educated on what they're selling and the product at this location is "okay" at best. They're always disorganized behind the counter and lines move at a snail's pace. Honestly it's always disappointing here, but it's one of the very few places left who still take medical minors. This state has terrible regulations and no one knows what's going on, and the medical system is even worse. With no changes in sight I fear what might happen to my medical status

This used to be the best kept secret in Washington. The staff here really go out of their way to make you feel like family and I appreciate how welcoming this location is to veteran and military patrons.That said, prices have recently skyrocketed and selection has plummeted. It is no longer worth passing trendy north Seattle shops and going off the beaten path here. Even mom-and-pop stores offer better prices today.

Walked in, grabbed 100 out of machine, ordered two carts and a bong piece that came to 85, paid with the 100 I pulled from atm, girl at the counter rang me up and gave me my stuff, I was about to walk away when I realized she never gave me my change, I asked for change, she insisted I only gave her 80, walked to car, checked bank, I pulled out 100

I know every dispensary has a friendly cool staff but out of all my travels, this one was friendliest from California to Rome. These guys were the coolest. Everyone was nice and had a good as if it's been years since they had a bad day. The store is clean sleek and pretty. They have a great selection of bud and some fire deals. I really like the pre rolled section of the wall, so many deals and unique strains
