Oh man where do I start. I have spent over $9,000 on product at this location since March. I've been in this place more times then i care to admit. Lets start off by talking about the product. They contentiously run out of concentrates, they push off the lowest grade products, the employees dont even know what they are doing without looking at a book. I've heard them misinform many people on products and procedures. I've heard them tell people it takes a year to change dispensary. (It takes one email or 24 hours, You can actually call a dispensary and get them to change for you) . The staff is sub par, slow, and clueless. They all where Blue Scrubs like some Nurse, kinda seems like a bunch of security guards that overdress for the simple task they have. I've sat in this lobby for over a hour before, 15-30 min is average wait time. The staff is rude, and simply dont care. I've seen the employees get frustrated when a disabled person has came in and asked multiple questions about products. I have walked in asked if they had something and was told they were out, only to see someone get the something I asked for 5 min later. They dont put all the product out where you can see it, you litterally have to ask for something and gamble on the worker actually getting it. I've seen them hold back majority of the product because they wanted to get rid of the stuff no one wants first. They have a small selection of (METAL) pipes, I asked them why don't they offer glass, they told me the manager didn't want it blowing up in someones face. (How stupid are they)
