Feedback:

I was so looking forward to a joyous Christmas celebration service. The sound was so loud it reverberated throughout my body. I lasted 5 minutes before going out. One other woman said it gave her chest pain. My sister became nauseous, my brother in law became agitated, I got a migraine. The ushers offered ear plugs. (Ear plugs? Really?- evidently you know it's a threat to hearing, not to mention body.) My husband who is deaf turned off his hearing aids and it was still too loud for him. Could not hear joyous sound, only terrifying noise. Listened to the service outside the church. What are you thinking? Even the baby room was loud. Babies and children with no hearing protection. Instead of a celebration, I was totally disheartened, somewhat terrified, and felt cheated of my Christmas Eve love.
