Great hours, great selection, and awesome deals every day of the week makes this the #1 shop in town!I've been coming to this store for nearly 2 years, and honestly their hours are the main selling point for me. Being able to go in before 10 am (when every other shop opens) or after 8 pm (when every other shop is closed) is absolutely amazing, not to mention they have early bird and late night specials on all their flower. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a sizable military discount as well, which is great if you're a veteran. Convenient location just on the edge of town makes it an easy stop if you're coming from or going to Salem, I can tell you first hand of all the shops in town, if you want quality, this is the place to go.

This place used to be my favorite dispensary around here. The staff used to be super friendly and talkative. The last 3 times I have been there I have had the long grey haired dude with the serious attitude problem. Last time I got there at 9:50 PM and he literally ripped the door shut as I pulled the handle and today it seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was there. What happened to the awesome crew that used to run the place? I think today was my last trip in there.

So I work everyday and go in to healing green late at night cause it is on the way home and the only place open till 10..... one night I tried to get in and it was 5 minutes before closing and the doors where LOCKED! I haven’t had that happen before ... so I knocked said “hello” the works no one heard me..... I was very upset.... cause I have shown up 1 minute before closing and they let me in. You cannot stack coupons or deals on top of each other.... now I just take my business to black bird. They give me amazing deals are friendly and care.

I was in Monmouth in March and April, chose this store based on what my mom said. I needed something in particular, a cross between Brazilian sativa and Skunk #1. Anyway, my first time I've been in a place like this, the girl was knowledgeable and found a strain I believe was correct or the same. They made it possible for her to finish her last couple months alive with some joy and relief. The quantum kush I believe is why she lived more than 2 months longer than expected. The product doesn't get it the recognition it deserves. It truly made my mom more comfortable and I know it has some healing properties.

I would give a zero if I could. My mom is disabled and was sold a bad cartridge on Friday night. When we got home we discovered it was damaged. We immediately drove back to exchange. Their policy is to exchange any bad cartridges for a new one but it had to be the exact same thing and they were out of stock. The staff tried to call the manager Misty to exchange for something else but she didn't answer. We drove back Sunday AM to talk to Misty but she did not have the courtesy to come out and face us. Still no product out 50 dollars. We are leaving town for seven weeks. My family has had a business for 20+ years. Horrible customer service. We were given 2 - 10% offs. I'd rather light my fifty on fire than ever do business here again. Never going back, cutting our losses. They suck!!

SUCKS!!! So much for the legalization of recreational weed in Oregon. This place is full scheming and scamming, trying to get you in trouble even though they are selling legal marijuana. They report to the probation department in whatever area that you live in when they check your ID. ( I am not on probation but I know several other people that this is happened to ) You will be followed by police officers to confirm your identity, where you're going and who is with you in your vehicle. Last I knew it was not legal to report anyone for purchasing a legal substance legally. But that's exactly what these people do. I hope their doors are shut soon.
