I wish I would have read all the Google reviews before heading off to NHC. First off I was a newbie, that sets off the Red Flag to the clerks. I had my notes from a doctor who told me what to get. But the young man who serviced me got off track and sold me items that were not helpful for what I came in for. But being new to this scene, I bought his hype and spend $200.00 of worthless items that didn't help me. Called my doctor and he advise me to not go back there and find a more knowledgeable store.

Favorite dispensary on the coast. Good prices, great selection, and good quality flower. I've been to Urbn Leaf and 805 Beach Breaks and neither of the other two businesses quite deliver the same quality of service or product. These guys are doing an awesome job and are killing it on the coast. Another thing I really enjoy is the sheer size of the facility, nice and open.

I’ve lived all over California and I have to say, of all the dispensaries I’ve been to, this one is my favorite! I freakin LOVE this place lol. I got a sweet swag bag on 4/20 with some cool goodies, on top of their 25% discount. The budtenders are super friendly and knowledgeable without being condescending, which is always a plus in my book. Corey, Nigel, Baxter and Luis always have the best suggestions too, you should check it out!⭐️

i was So excited to take advantage of the drive they service and online ordering- But this whole experience was a nightmare. Please don’t go through what I did.... I ordered online and uploaded everything, I was sent a thank you and confirmation of my order! So then I went but because I had someone else in the car, I was told to get out and go inside.Once inside, I was told to go back outside. Finally when that was cleared up, I went inside and was told that CONFIRMED items I ordered were now not available? I asked for any comparable items and I was met with hostility, saying “if I wanted to look I could.” They had nothing, I finally paid and then they said standard protocol was to have a security guard then go through my items, and ask me one by one if I ordered them. Absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

My husband and I have been to this establishment a couple times since the Social distancing started. On each occasion the so called security cares more about about California regulations than its patrons lives. First time one of them walked all the way across the parking lot to tell you my husband you can't smoke on the property. My husband apologized and said okay was not aware and put it out. While I was waiting for him I observed the same security guards standing around talking and laughing with his coworkers while people were lining up outside the entrance in a confined area right on top of each other and in direct violation of the 6 ft social distancing.Not once did he walk over and tell them to please separate. Second time was no different. Shame on you and your company.

2nd Update 2/21/2020For the order online pick up option: so I've tried the online order twice now and went straight through your website. Both times I waited longer than being a walk in. I watched people come in after me be helped and leave while I stood at the kiosk. First time I had to wait for a Manager to clear my order and he was helping walk ins . Second time I had to wait for someone to help me at the kiosk and then I had to wait for security to check my order. So at this point I think I'll stick to walking in seems to be a little quicker until you guys figure out a better system. 1st update :I went in last week with questions on tinctures. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. She didn't seem irritated with all my questions and i even purchased a bottle so here's that 5 stars. Keep being awesome. Forgot to mention that I started at 805 Beach breaks but as soon as I went into NHC I've not been back to 805 Beach breaks. Love this place they have a great selection of all types, quantities, and price ranges. Only reason for 4 stars is sometimes some employees can make you feel rushed even if it's not busy. I think it's important to take time with customers especially when they're not as knowledgeable as others. If we come in asking questions it's because we don't know. But 4 out 5 times I have a stellar experience with awesome people.

I just want to say that the Natural Healing Center should be your go to store !! Everything is handled very professionally!! They have some GREAT Balms for pain and also some wonderful chocolates that have helped me have the BEST sleep I have ever had in years! But in addition to all of that being said I would like to recognize what an asset you have in 2 VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE employees...... those 2 CUTE identical twins NIGEL and BAXTER !!😊These 2 guys definitely know ALOT about the products and how they work!! They know exactly what to recommend ! THANKS GUYS!! 😊Give NHC a try you will be glad you did! And if you are lucky enough you might get NIGEL or BAXTER to wait on you!

Wow. Shame on you and your business practices. This is less a review on the front of house workers who have been noting but kind, but more for management and ownership. How do you sleep at night calling yourself a company who “supports” local businesses when you ran out a local studio, leaving your neighbors unemployed and without a business? You should be supporting the arts, or maybe simply keeping to your word and not trying to run them out so you can expand. I am so glad that Urbn Leaf opened so now I never have to step foot near your establishment again.

I went here with my fiancé for the first time, I didn't get anything but was curious what this place was like to report back to my family living in CA. They have great security, the place is perfectly clean, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit high but that's expected. I have already the word about this place to family who plan to check it out soon. Also they give you a discount for your first time there!
