I have been going here for a little over a year. I, must say that every time I go into this store, everyone is friendly on the staff, they know the product and will make it their goal to get you in the right direction. This store offers fun wheel to spin once you spend over a certain amount. You can win all sorts of great prizes. Now, that I have been solid rocking this establishment for a year... I plan to never leave. True organic flowers!no crazy chems to grow mother nature’s Healing House goodies! This store front is genuine and they have not sold out to become a big box marijuana store. Thank you for always keeping fine product in the line up. Check Healing house out when you are in the area and I bet you won’t leave unsatisfied

My first experience being mid-grade cannabis in Colorado. There are too many good dispensaries in Denver to waste your time at this joke of a dispensary! Absolute garbage product, the other post that mentioned that nasty sewage smell on all their flower is 100% correct. Arguably the most shady dispensary I've been too. Extremely rude budtenders who make up facts about strains and I found seeds in my flower.

I have been going to this shop for years. There is a new budtender there that refused to serve me because my ID has a ripple on the edge. Same I'd I have had for years. What a joke. They scanned the ID and took my order and when the tender looked at it she refused me. I won't be going back and I would not recommend anyone go there based on the less classy budtender and small selection.

I'm a native of Colorado, unlike most. Yes, it matters. why? Because the reviews from out of state people is so petty, redonkulouse. You are buying legalized drugs, hello! I actually voted for Colorado to get legalized! And I've been buying from Healing house for a little while and yes, from other places as well. And I keep coming back because they are the best. The best quality, prices and customer service. But just like every great thing, there's always someone in the wood pile that just can't get right, no matter what. But take it from someone who actually helped make it possible for others to smoke legally, this place is one of the best 😘

Denied entry today after an hour trek to (and from) the location. Reason being a cracked driver's license at the black strip on the back... understandable; technically "against the law" (but come on, you sell marijuana, which is also technically "against the law"). Nevertheless, I am a 30 year old Colorado native, with verifiable supporting documentation, there should be no further cause for any suspicion or denial. In my opinion, this decision is made at the discretion of those holding the "authority", as I have been granted access to this location multiple times with the cracked license, and I can still purchase alcohol from restaurants, bars, and liquor stores. I highly doubt that this establishment would be audited or even randomly questioned by a true authority figure, for allowing access with a cracked license (because, how would they know, cracked licenses are not documented nor tracked). I also highly doubt there being any actual security/fraudulent risks therein. What's ironic, and also the purpose of this review, is that the homeless men who provide "security" here are the cause of my "void" drivers license. How can I be so sure of this? Because no other respectable establishment swipes the black strip of my driver's license through a hand-held device that serves absolutely no purpose, except to crack and ergo "void" my driver's license. In an unrelated event, the last time I was in for a purchase I was advised not to mention any other parties who would be partaking in my smoke session, because once again that is technically "against the law". Put into context, I was referencing the buds that my wife (who is also 30) prefers, during the purchase of an ounce. No banter aloud!! Complete buzz kill!! Who smokes weed alone?!Recommendations: Supply staff with one-piece uniforms and badge patches, so clients know what to expect.

I just moved to the 'hood and saw they were near so I went to check it out. The first thing I noticed were the customers leaving that were super happy and joking with the employees. The second thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was. After answering my questions, they recommended specific strains for me to try and I took their word. The product was great. I look forward to Healing House becoming my go to spot for my recreational needs. Thanks y'all!

This place has the worst costumer service. My boyfriend and I are in town for awhile (means we have out of state ID) we drove 25 minutes from our place in downtown Denver because we heard good things about this place. First of all the guy that checks the ID was looking at our IDs for atleast 5 minutes before we go inside, checking with some random book and also using this little lense then we proceed to walk in not even 5 seconds later he comes in saying we have FAKE IDs and "usually we would just take the ID but we will give it back to you today your dates don't match our book and that we should leave or wait for the cops to get here" LOL what a joke. I'm 22 and my boyfriend is 21 you lost a big sale and further future business and I'll make sure to tell about such bad business, this is not how you welcome out of state clientele.

The security guard leaves sticky notes on the cars parked in the 1 hour parking out front as though they are the Denver Parking Enforcement. Last month after I parked he followed me down the sidewalk to tell me I'm parked in a one hour spot. Today I was parked there for 1 hour and 6 minutes on the dot and he stuck a note to my window threatening to boot my car next time.If they want only their customers parked there, they should build a parking lot. I'll never consider buying their product because of their parking vigilante attitudes.

I usually love healing house, the prices are decent. They're usually really nice and friendly but the last time I went in someone who worked there took another costumer before me and didn't even try to hurry. Joking around the whole time that the other person rang someone else out and me before they were done. I tipped a dollar just because the other guy was nice and friendly. I'll think twice about going here again
