Do NOT use these people's services. Me and my brother were recommended this place from the AV Animal Hospital and this was the worst idea we could have done. These people came on time to collect my dog and to get their money and promised tons of things like a lock of fur, the cremation, shadow box, etc. I was very excited cause I wanted the best for my dog but after the pickup here's where things hits the fan. These people did not update me at all I had to constantly call them myself and harass them to see where my dog was located. The worker Ellie was supposed to text the night of my dog passing but she never did. I was told by Blake that Ellie was out of the office on a Saturday but my dog passed on a Sunday and Ellie was the one that answered the phone to have the person come out to pick up her body. This place promises to have everything set within 5-14 business days but it had lasted from 1/26/2020- 2/21/2020. On Presidents day Ellie texts and she states we have to pay for an urn and their urns are around $200 close to $300 and we had already paid over $300 for the services in the beginning. Therefore I denied those services cause I refused to give these people anymore money. On top of that they told me that they will mail my dog's ashes in the mail as if she is a package/letter. Luckily, I was able to find a cute urn on Amazon but here comes Ellie texting saying she cremated my dog without the tuft of fur that was promised because she forgot. She gives the urn for free which I was happy about but now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to return the urn back to UPS. When my dog finally arrives she comes in a wooden box which I feel isn't even nice enough for my dog to be in but luckily I received the urn from Amazon the same day so she's in something way nicer and more put together. If you don't take anything else from my passage that I have written, I suggest you take this: FOR THE LOVE OF WHATEVER YOU BELIEVE IN DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE THEY WILL DISRESPECT YOU, YOUR PET, AND THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE WITH TACKY SERVICES.
