Excellent customer service. I went to Mable's to get some floral arrangements for my mom's funeral and I could not be happier with the service. Theresa was very compassionate and understanding of what I wanted and the arrangements were beautiful. And the prices were very reasonable for the budget I had. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent work!!!!, Never had a problem does the BEST they can when ordering at the last minute if they can't then Theresa always suggest something like it, very kind and very pleased with all the arrangements I have gotten from them. I'll be back for sure for many more arrangements, my family and friends already use them as well cuz for the importanance that is taken into all her customers likeness and special occasions....Thanks again Theresa

If fresh flowers, beautiful arrangements & friendly customer service is what you are looking for DO NOT come to MABLE'S Heaven Sent Flowers!!!My family ordered 2 arrangements for my grandmother's services, arrangements looked sloppy & didn't match the picture, several flowers looked wilted & of course they were several hours late. Forget about calling to check delivery status as Teresa was super rude & told me "well I could be finishing the arrangement but I'm on the phone with you" & regarding the actual arrangement Teresa said "this is what you get for ordering last minute" Sorry my grandmother's passing on Wednesday & ordering flowers Thursday for Friday delivery was inconvenient for Mable's Heaven Sent Flower's.I've told all my family & friends in Rialto to never do business with them & luckily they saw the arrangements & the delivery while services had started. You can tell by their sloppy work & poor service that they do not care about their customers or what they pay for.

Real Lousy customer service after you have paid for an order and want an update DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!№ All I wanted to know was at aproximately what time the arrangement would be delivered since my fiancé was going to go out. I asked to speak to the person that took my order whose name was TERESA and she seemed upset that I wanted to know what the status of an order I had placed 3 hours ago was. And to top it off she gets an attitude with Me! I had also asked her for a picture of the arrangement, since I was unable to go to the flower shop and pick it out and they couldn't even bother to do that. DON'T Spend your money in this place, they only see you as another order they have a to get out. Very Sad. Post ReviewRead
