Overall Feedback:
We used this agency for care for our Mother, who was suffering from Parkinson' Disease. The agency assured us they had qualified homecare providers who were knowledgeable in the care of Parkinson's patients. We feel that there is a good possibility that the caregiver felt she was capable, but this experience proved that she was not. As her disease advanced the caregiver was not able to handle her care. The agency could not offer us a replacement. As the professionals we had hoped for more positive results, instead our 91 year old parents were accused of being problematic. The agencies we found and used after this one were much better equipped to handle this illness, as well as having compassion for our Dad, who was in the home, as well. We were in contact with the agency and our parent's needs were not satisfied.
