Not a good experience at all. Do Not buy the HTC Distillate. The Syringe was a waste,It has to hard to get out of the syringe and had no insertion tip. It was a messy wasteful experience. Besides that,once I got about half of the juice in my cartridge (wasted the rest) it would not burn lol so dubble whammy I wasted a cart as well. The herb speaks for itself 👎. Just do not want anyone else to have the experience I had. The staff was good.
