Will never be using their services again. My mother in law had to take out a loan to get the costs paid for the repair. Said it was the fuel pump replaced it and started for about a week. Took it in a second time and they said it was a coil pack main issue, spark plugs, and a belt. Could not pay shop fees so had to have help from a mechanic friend. Replaced the items they said and it worked for about a few days. We had it towed back down there because we were getting angry that weve put so much time and money into an issue that still isnt resolved. They said it was a fuel swittch, we replaced that with them and went out a day later. Frustrated to the max we were able to luckily get it started to get it there, and then they said they couldnt figure out the issue. They said they ended up figuring out it was a defect in the fuel pump so they replaced it for us... probably just to get us off their backs because now theres a check engine light, the AC is going out and its like it back to square one with the starting issues. These guys come off as good people, but have taken thousands of dollars from us to replace parts that never fixed the problem.

They're great at sending pictures, keeping the waiting room nice and being friendly when your spending your money at their shop. As soon as any issues come up with the work they did "supposedly under warranty" they want to nickel and dime you for diagnosing the issue. Too many other good shops in the area to mess with these people. Spent thousands of dollars in the past year between our cars and won't be spending another penny here. Oh and great professionalism hanging up on your customers.

I’m not personally “religious” although I do believe. I won’t go into that but I came here because my brother recommended them. They’re absolutely amazing people! They take pictures of everything they do and send them to you and even call to check up on you. Very nice place. Only reason for four stars is because they’re a bit pricy but I guess you get what you pay for :)

I have had nothing but excellent customer service and quality workmanship from Christian Brothers Automotive - Queen Creek. From the moment they take your call to the minute they walk you to your car once their work is done, the staff always has a smile and a kind word for you. I've had the pleasure of speaking with Alan, Dale and Troy and they've all been so welcoming and knowledgeable. I've had some major maintenance done and regular oil changes. They are never pushy with services and they don't recommend anything unnecessary. Their website offers specials and coupons to save you money, too. CBA-QC is honest, hardworking and thorough. I highly recommend their services!

SUPER friendly staff! They fit me in even though they were booked full for the day because my brakes went out and they wanted me to feel safe. Troy is the absolute best! He’s the nicest most caring, personable, down to earth guy I’ve ever met and Mike is as well. Everyone here is just so friendly and caring and they make you feel like family and not just money.

My wife and I have been taking both of our VW's here since we moved to Queen Creek. Over the years we've had some complex issues with one of our vehicles and we were simply AMAZED at the fantastic, quality service we always receive here. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and up front, (and I think I've dealt with just about every one of them at some point) They have always gone above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. This is an honest and genuine place to do business with. And it's the great folks on the staff that keeps us coming back...

I work in the restaurant industry and know how important customer service is and you all are "legendary"! Thank you all for making my experience less stressful. My SUV is used for Search and Rescue in some very remote areas. People in trouble depend on me and my vehicle to reach them and bring them back safely. I take this responsibility seriously, and wanted to find a shop that shared that same passion. I thought it would be an impossible task. After calling a dozen other shops, I found myself making an appointment at Christian Brothers Automotive Queen Creek. Search and Rescue is volunteer work and a fair price is also part of the value I was looking for. Mark, the owner, personally provided me transportation to my residence and we had a great conversation about the company. I knew by the time I reached the business I had made the right decision. I felt like I had known him for years. He introduced me to Bob, his service manager, who patiently listened, evaluated, and provided an honest quote on what needed to be done. I was never upsold. This was a substantial job, and Bob kept me fully informed during the entire process. He was professional, patient, and honest. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Christian Brothers – you are living up to your mission of making a “Nice difference.” You are now my “Go-To” shop for anything automotive and I will be referring you to everyone I know. You earned my respect.UPDATE:I had a new problem (about a year after the above servicing) and came back because I trust Christian Brothers. My Search and Rescue truck had a bent lower control arm along with the frame tab. I needed the vehicle for the holiday weekend, and the tech came in super early to get the job done. From the moment I called them for information to the moment that they walked me outside to my car and thanked me for choosing them, they were a 10/10. So friendly, such a nice clean office, and so thorough. My baby played with the toys they provided while I waited and it was very pleasant. I'd like to give a shout out to the guy who helped me the majority of the visit, he had great customer service and seems like a great employee. I don't remember his name - but he did mention he has a baby named Payton.

I chose Christian Brothers based off of reviews and I’m so glad I did! I need to pay it forward and add to the positive reviews. I experienced my first breakdown the other day and I had my two littles with me. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect or what to do. I called Christian Brothers and Gary talked me through the whole process. I went home rather than wait for the tow truck. Gary ensured me he’d call the moment my car arrived. He did just that and proceeded to keep me up to date with what was going on with my car. I received photos during the process and was told exactly what each photo meant. I felt that their diagnosis for my car was honest and fair. My husband was a little hesitant about the necessity of a part that needed to be replaced. Gary reassured us it wasn’t something they were trying to add to our bill. He even made sure to send the old part home with us so we could see for ourselves why we needed a new one. It’s very obvious that Christian Brothers is working very hard to fight the stereotype that car repair shops have been given. They go above and beyond in their customer service and quality of work. They even followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was perfect. I will always recommend Christian Brothers!
