They know their stuff medically and have good prices. It's such a relief to walk into a place and not be sold something to make me high but instead something to make me feel better. Good selection of strains in concentrate from what I can tell, and in flower. The only other place I've seen better prices is all the way in Portland.

The product at this location is unreal, you have to experience it. I've never found its like, both on the street throughout several states and years or in a store. Care and attention to every nug that comes through their store is evident from when you ask a clerk to open a jar, to when you are enjoying your product. Try it so we can set a new standard in the industry and for ourselves! The best!

Lied to me on the phone.. Very un-educated, line out the door no one knew what they were doing. Owner doesnt even have right displays out. Surprised this place sells meds and doesnt hire very knowledgeable staff. Disappointed probably wont come back.

Hands down, the best shop in Salem. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent product variety and quality, cool location, AND they have AWESOME specials EVERYDAY. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy customers. I'm definitely one of em:)

This is my all time favorite shop to go to. Ive been to almost all the shops in Salem but herbal has always stood out. The staff are some of the most friendly ive encountered. Every time I go I know I'm going to leave happy. I never feel rushed and yet I never spend very long waiting for assistance. Thank you guys you rock!!!

The worst place to by clones way over priced and diseased clones that have white powder mold .they sprayed them and sold them under false pretences .all 6 plants were sick its taken me 4 wks to clear this disease up. The worst part is . They knowingly did it just to make a buck. Thats greed not pride. So if your in the market for clones please do yourself a favor and get your clones from a reputable place and safe yourself alot of time and trouble and expenses . Peace
