Feedback:

I went in for my first time yesterday. Was extremely upset, and disappointed with the distillate I bought. My fiance had to pry a nail out the bottom, only after 15 minutes of trying to figure out it wasnt working in my pen. Then to only figure out it still wasnt working. Never in my time of using my vape pen did i have to go thru so much to smoke! ultimately he had to almost brake it and pour it into another top piece I had luckily. I spent 140$ for my *donation* The weed was pre packaged. *Not weighed out in front of you. The staff was nice, but i would be too if i was over charging bunk product. To make matters worse i even tried to call and talk to the manager, left my number but all i get is Hes too busy! I know there's no return policy but to not even take a 5 minute phone call is very unprofessional to me. Just with this experience alone im turned off on going back. 315 and Flower bowl were good to me. If i do go back it will be a smaller donation...if i go back
