Very poor customer service, I got a text message with today's special saying 20% with an additional 15% with online pre-orders and was denied my discounts in store by an employee, I'm guessing they didn't know about today's specials and very well should look into their own business's offers.Update: Owner honored the offer and had me come back, the shop itself is nice and has a lot to choose from, I just happened to interact with a disrespectful employee.

By far your best shop in port orchard. From there friendly, knowledgeable staff that actully understands the products to what your really looking for. There prices are by far better than any store I have been in for every product. They have huge variety from top shelf to low grade cheap best bang for your buck. They will text you daily with specials. I wont shop anywhere else. Theres litterly no reason to shop any where else. Parking can be the only issue but well worth it.

Always courteous, friendly & knowledgeable staff there. They also will answer questions on FB Messenger within minutes, if u have one. You can also skip the line and preorder pretty much anything they have in stock. I love this place. They also have different daily discounts and senior discounts everyday (like 12%, I think). They are AWESOME!!! 👍👍👍👍🤪

Good store, good location, however the lack of certain products has lowered this rating. The products were available previously and the management seems to have failed to obtain more, even though all other stores have restored their stock. There is no indication that this is a specialty store, and they have other products from the same company, so this is not good customer service, unless there is another explanation for this failure to restock the store properly.

Words can't describe how happy this place makes me. The selection is top notch. The quality is even better. The prices are great and the deals they have on a daily make even the most thirty consumer happy. Their staff are really the shining gem. Each one remembers me every time I'm in their, and make suggestions based on what they know I like and don't like, they take the time to talk to me and get to know me and I just really appreciate that. They have an online ordering program that garners you 15 percent off on orders, and allows you to preorder and walk right in and check out without the hassle of waiting or anything. I personally don't do that because I like to scour over every product to see what kind of chronic they have in that day but it's convenient for most. And they have a customer loyalty program where you check In and after a certain amount of visits you get 20 percent off. Hell yeah.
