Best of the In-Shape clubs in town. The layout is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Multiple machines for every work-out goal without feeling crowded. They have an upstairs room for cross-fit regiments which affords privacy to really get to it. Staff are constantly cleaning the area so gym is in best conditions, as opposed to other area gym where the facilities are sometimes breaking down.Pool is heated!! It’s amazing plus they also offer jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, East-Side club does not. I have brought along multiple friends from other clubs and they all love it here.Daniel in customer service is the best!! He’s really chill, approachable and fun to speak with.

THE PEOPLE are the reason I go to In-Shape Palmdale West - from the GM (we have a new great GM as September went to Lancaster In-Shape) to the maintenance gentleman Ryan. The facility is very clean. But most importantly, all staff are very helpful with me- I am handicapped and walk with a cane. Ed is my personal trainer; totally recommend the In-Body assessment that comes with personal training. Daniel the sales rep (took over for Andres, who went to Lancaster with September) is awesome. He took care of my transition from regular member to Silver & Fit member. Also showed me the hydro massage table which unbelievably healing!! There’s two tanning booths available as well. Of all the qualified Silver & Fit gyms in the Antelope Valley, this In-Shape has the most included benefits like towel service.Highly recommend In-Shape Palmdale West, especially for Medicare Silver & Fit customers!!

One of the best equipped gyms I have ever been to. It has every variety of machine that one could want, a heated pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, large locker rooms with showers, and lockers to store your gear while working out, and topped off by a wonderful, caring and supportive staff and many workout programs available. You cannot go wrong with this gym. Oh, almost forgot, private workout area for the ladies who feel uncomfortable working out in an open gym. It has everything you could want in one place.

I like the gym and the people that goes is very friendly!On the other hand, Water fountain is disgusting !!!! It looks like they haven’t clean it for months! I hope they change the filters!Some broken equipment !! And they take months to fix it!!

Gym is too crowded. They continue to add more members however the gym does not grow in size. It’s impossible to work out after work during the week, but now weekends are difficult. A few members don’t want to share equipment no one from management is there to discuss basic gym etiquette with these members. The staff consists mostly of teenagers who are not paid enough to care.

Not only is it cheap it's nice and clean smelling great staff great equipment not like 24 hour fitness the carpets hasn't been shampooed since the place was built it smells like rotten eggs and they don't keep up the swimming area with the restrooms always nasty and dirty I had a plunger it myself the shower was plug for months they need to run bleach custom showers at night to kill the bacteria and germs I got athlete's foot three times so I started wearing flip-flops floors are nasty and a hot tub that water is brown foam people don't shower at home so they jump in there and get cleaned up place is pretty nasty 24 hour fitness I'll stick with in shape I don't have to smell the dirty odor source wet and dirty carpet and nasty bathrooms that 24-Hour fitness has I'm glad I quit that place cost $41 now not worth it the county dump smells better than that place

In-Sharp is overall a amazing gym with a verity of different classes to accommodate your schedule. Staff are wonderful however, there was one incident on 7/3/2019 with an employee by the name of Ericka whom walked into the spin/cycle class 10-15mins into routines and was unprofessional and rude not only to myself but the instructor as well. It was over a patron who reserved a spin bike and they were all gone. Ericka could have handled the situation better than she did by reading off the names of the check-in list but instead stated and I quote ‘We’re all grown here and I’m not going to do that!’ And walked out of the class. Other than that, yes I’ll recommend this gym to anyone.

I travel around the world and hit up local gyms; this is one of the best training areas I have been to. Great equipment, including two deadlift platforms, pool, sauna, hydro massage. Really friendly staff and to top it all, I got a free 7-day guest pass. I would gladly pay to train here and will definitely visit again when I’m in Palmdale

They have very nice work out machines the classes are awesome i enjoy this gym. Down fall its extremely dirty!! Even the way they clean in front of you they don't care the showers have mold and the hair is everywhere the sauna stinks and the water is dirty the only place that is pretty clean is up stairs the woman area. My wife enjoys working out upstairs.

I REALLY wanted to like this place. I canceled my membership after a few months. The main reason I joined was for the classes, but I also run. Unfortunately most of the treadmills are BROKEN 😕. I am also a member at planet fitness so to fit in a class and run I would have to travel to both gyms. Also, the bathrooms/locker rooms are not well kept. There are odd stains in the changing rooms and I would find random clothing in the bathroom stalls. Also, the overall organization and internal communication seems to be lacking. The staff is really nice and tries to be as helpful as possible but it seems that management doesn't give them the most accurate or to the minute information about special events, etc. Writing this review reaffirms that I made the right decision by canceling.
