I have been going to HHS for about 6 or 7 years and needed a renewal. It was super easy to go to their website to schedule my appointment. And, now they have the means to telecommute. So, again, very simple process for appointment and payment. Glad I've stayed here. Channing, the receptionist, is also very pleasant, too! Thanks, Herbal Health Systems!

Channing and Herbal HealthSystems have been my go to for my Medical Marijuana renewals for the last 5 years. Things run super smoothly, easy to get an appointment and Channing is over the top helpful to make sure all your questions or answered. I've even sent a few of my friends here because of how great of an experience I've always had.The doctors ask the right questions to make the process efficient and to make sure there are no gaps left unfilled.Thanks Herbal HealthSystems!

Channing was very helpful and courteous, he explained the process to me and it's really not that hard at all to complete the online registration. The Doctor was also very professional and listened to what my needs were. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs to get a Medicinal card. I was approved within 2 days after applying . So happy and I will continue to use their service from now on!! 😉😊

Great veteran discount: only $60 for new and renewals!!Walked in about 2:15pm, filled out forms and walked out before 3pm with all of the paperwork and instructions to attain my medical cannabis card. I am over 21 and did not have to provide any of the documentation for my disabilities (migraine & ptsd).

2nd year here Channing makes the visit simple and easy! Never a complicated process here, and he was very informative giving me information I didn’t know I needed to know! Great place with competitive rates for both new patients and renewals. I know applying for your card can seem like a hard process. But they make the process simple and easy for anyone eligible!

Was in and out easily within 20 mins!! My Physician was Amazing in regards to help, unfortunately my state ID was considered "invalid" ( I got a new one but lost it and had my old one so just used it) so it delayed me getting my Med Card but once I got that fixed I was approve within 3 business days! Best staff, don't second guess going here!!

Worst Doctor I have ever met with and probably the worst person in the industry I have ever met. Experience was horrible!!!! Do not go here for anything. Don't know if she doesn't like people or just me but stay away! The lady literally threw my paperwork at me because she thought I wanted an extended count (that I had for the last three years) because she said the paperwork wasn't good enough. I realize laws changed and wasn't expecting anything more then a renewal. What kind of DR does that?! Had she taken the time to find out she would have realized I was really only there for my friend who had recently got out of the Army and had combat related injuries with a book of doctors notes to prove it. We drove all the way down from Co Springs btwHe also had received a Purple Heart for his service. I literally stopped in the middle of her talking and said "Is there a reason you are so damn rude to me". I got up and left after some back and forth from this crazy lady who clearly made a snap judgment about me without hearing my story because I have a lot of visible tattoos on hands and arms. The guy up there is great and I was glad he was there to help diffuse the situation. She followed me down the hall yelling whatever she was yelling that didn't make any sense and at one point went as far as saying "no wonder your on medication for your anger". Thinking about filing a law suit on this place/doctor just to teach her a lesson on empathy since she was so rude. This ended with her ripping the folder of paperwork up in front of me. She is a real class act.

Despite some of the negative reviews I decided to give this place a try anyway. I'm glad I did because both Channing and Dr. Schmidt are the nicest people I've met in the 3 years I've lived in Colorado. The clinic is very clean and professional. There's plenty of parking and it's not in a bad part of town. Dr. Yin/Yeon doesn't work there anymore so you don't need to worry about that!

Very easy the gentlemen greeted me when I walked in the door, filled out a few sheets of paper containing my info and a little bit about my health history...saw the doctor within 10 minutes was in and out quick and it was only $60 bucks when everyone else was quoting me 2x that. The doctor lady was very nice she gave me two referrals for my neck spasms. My first experience going to a mmj doctor was very pleasent and painless. Thanks guys!

My experience with Herbal Health Systems was very favorable. I found the staff to be compassionate, knowledgeable and very professional. Exactly what I was looking for. I have read some of the previous reviews of people requesting cards and being denied based on the fact that they don't have a qualifying condition. The state standards have not been set by Herbal Health Systems, but by the voters and the legislature. Do yourself a favor and check to see if your medical condition qualifies you for medical marijuana before you make the appointment. I would and will refer friends and family to Herbal Health Systems. I really want to thank these folks for being there for me. I will come back next year.....
