I typically love my experience here but the guy who helped me today was EXTREMELY rude for no reason! I was ignored as I walked in, unaware of what person to go to then I got yelled at to go to the person who was standing on the floor and not to the person behind the counter so confused I go ask about products, the guy was lazy and only found half of what I wanted then when we go to the checkout he asks for my ID which is FINE and I just said oh this must be new and he goes no everyone asks for them so I told him that isn't the case at the register every time and he shook his head like I was lying to him and he had a rude tone trying to argue with me over it even though I WATCH and they do NOT use my proper birthday. No dude I come in here 2 to 3 times a week, not one single person has ever asked for my ID at the register so chill out, no need to be rude. Oh and I also noticed he didn't add my points to my account like every time I come in, I ALWAYS get a text about my points being added well not today by the long curly haired guy with the hat on.

Very helpful staff. They made my first CBD shopping experience painless and not embarrassing. I wish I knew ahead of time it was cash only, they do have an $3 surcharge ATM inside. Granted I didn't check the website before I went. I went here on a friend referral, glad I did.

Satori is excellent. Great prices for all, my friend bought a $3 dollar pre roll. What a deal! We went over to the free art walk right behind Statori, a space that satori so generously donates to be used for artists showcase their amazing work. Free bit of wine, crackers and good people. Some taro cards and other reading cards were in the shelf to shuffle and use while visiting. Pretty cool event.

Visited Satori not too long ago for the first time and overall I would say that it was a great experience. The staff greeted me when I first came in and they were very helpful and friendly. Although their prices are the best in Bellkngham Satori might have the best selection of products in Bellingham which is really nice. I would definitely recommend it.

Horrible experience. I walk in the lady greeting me in so friendly yet the budtenders, especially this one lady, were very cold. Gave me no help and acted like I was just an inconvenience to her day. Best part of buying is interacting with people that know it best and during this experience i was devastatingly disappointed. Would not recommend as a frequent stop.

High quality bud. Not the cheapest spot in town. Unless you're going pre-rolls, you won't find a gram under $10, but that's pretty standard issue in a majority of bud shops. The layout in the store looks very nice & clean, but I prefer when there is a creative description of the flavor/smell/effects of each particular strain. The staff is always super friendly and helpful!Overall, they're pretty great and are at a great location.

I love Satori! All of the staff are super informative and kind. I never feel rushed when shopping. Last couple of times I've been in my husband and i have been lucky enough to be helped by Journee. He always goes out of his way to make sure our questions are answered and we are happy with purchases! Been to a lot of dispensaries and Satori is by far where it's at! Good job guys!

The place is nice inside, but it's pretty much the same selection as every other dispensary. Their prices are a bit higher than everyone else for no real reason. The short guy with the beard didnt seem to understand what I meant when I asked for help identifying something similar to a favorite strain and seemed put off that I even asked a question. Overall, since I walked in, he made me feel like I needed to leave as fast as possible. So I bought two prerolls and then went to find a place that made me comfortable.

I have no experience with this place YET because I didn't even know they existed until I saw that they replaced the hideous right-to-lifer billboard on State St that listed nothing but lies about Planned Parenthood. Any business that took the time and money to replace fake ads by the Gilead sect in this county is all right by me. Shall have to check them out when next in need.
