Staff is always super friendly upon entering. A couple of people of have stood out to me are Mitchell and I think his name is Soland, sorry if I’m wrong! But these two have been nothing but delightful, quick, and knowledgeable, they’ve always made my experience a great one. When it comes to dispensaries, Herbal Nation hands down has, the best products and staff around.

We thought it was legal in 1980...but I grew up in Kent. Small store and often there is a line to wait for service from an available "budtender". But the wait is short... admittedly I've only been there twice... I have no way to compare prices with any other stores, I get the impression that if the stores near your house it's the one you go to.... the help was knowledgeable on the strains and their effects with there being something for medical and recreational use.... in 1980 we had one strain...the one you got from a guy from Maple Valley

Staff have a positive energy always and they answer any and all questions and generally will be honest with you about whether or not they liked something or haven't tried it, and happily willing to share whatever information they can. They price match if you bring in receipts, they have a points system for discounts, return policy for carts, pretty decent selection and always have deals every day. One of the only dispensaries I go to.

Maybe it was an off day... But the lady at counter was the worst service I have ever received. It was empty when I came in and she didn't acknowledge me for the longest then with boredom dripping from her voice she asked if I needed help... And it went downhill from there. Every question was met with an annoyed reply, I wasn't asking many either cuz I had done my research and wanted specific strains. Its fine they had none of them, out of 5, but she had little info to give. I was grateful when people came in so I could step out of line and look at a menu. The man who helped next was a bit better and I tipped because of him.Yet the product wasn't great. Prices were mehI won't be going back, not when Have a Heart is on the planet!

Very nice staff. Most of them know what they are talking about, but a couple of them are clueless. I don't know much about cannabis, my therapist recommended some edibles for my PTSD and anxiety. I haven't tried much.4 stars because cash only, and the clueless couple of staff. One of them claimed they didn't have what I normally get, even though it was clearly right there? I then asked if this other stuff would have the same effect, and they shrugged at me and told me the price. I pointed at my usual thing and they shrugged again and just stared at me.I'm a nice person so I just got this new stuff. Btw, indica and sativa are different if you're wondering and new to cannabis.

I would like to give a shout out to Maggie! I went in last night and she was super helpful to me as I was trying to pick out some CBD products specifically for cramps. Her product knowledge is absolutely on point. I am a store trainer (given, in a different industry) and I am always highly aware of when people actually know what they are talking about and Maggie blew me out of the water with her knowledge and understanding. I completely trust her recommendations and can't wait to see how they work out for me!

Easily the best retail location in the entire state, any other retail store that has the same product will gouge their prices and sell for double if not triple the price of Herbal Nation. The staff is friendly and resourceful, they can actually assist you in selecting what you're looking for. The store even has a menu which makes going in and out of the store a breeze.

Great customer service. I know the owner from many years ago. Good business person. Buy local! They have a good selection of flower, edibles, concentrates, and cartridges. Often vendors will be there on special days, they have special days where there’s deep discounts, and the staff are very knowledgeable. It seems they have lots of suppliers, there’s a ton of fresh rotating stock!

I don't usually visit ANY dispensaries,as I have not necessarily needed to. However, there comes a time for everything and while I was just a bit reluctant...I AM SO HAPPY FOR CHOOSING Herbal Nation. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the product and HONEST!!!! I have ADHD, along with a mad anxiety disorder. Depression and mood swings are nothing new to this girl ✌💟 with some of the wonderful strains at Herbal Nation(Dr Who, ATF, Plushberry, Strawberry Switchblade, Narnia ect) and the absolutely AWESOME concentrates. Along with the peaceful, non-stressful atmosphere,GINORMOUS SELECTION of products and a fantastic menu with an UP TO DATE WEBSITE. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE ELSE. EVER. Peace and Love
