I love everything about this place. Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel right at home. Their combination approach leaves me feeling dramatically better every visit. They have the heart of an educator, always explaining the “whys” and “how’s” in terms I can understand easily. They were able to work with my insurance to make sure I get the treatment I need without having to worry (much) about the cost of treatment. They’re nice people, effective and efficient, I highly recommend to anyone living with pain.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone there genuinely cares about you, and they work as a team to get to the root cause of your pain and fix it, rather than put bandaids on it or mask it with pain killers. Each staff member is an expert in their specific area, and they will answer any question and discuss with you any ideas or thoughts you may have about your treatment. Everyone greets you with a smile, positive attitude, and often humor, no matter how bad your day may be going. Their office manager, Sherri, worked with me on scheduling so I wouldn't have to take time off from work, and was able to squeeze me in on at least 3 occasions when I had a flare up. I thank her, Dr. Carter, and Leanne Muniz for enhancing the quality of my life, both physically and otherwise.

I am amazed by the fantastic staff at this office! They are all so nice and accommodating to my schedule. Dr. Clark is a great chiropractor, and I always feel better when leaving the office. I love that this is an integrated clinic where I can go to get adjusted, medical services, and physical therapy. The front desk ladies have been so easy to work with, and always put smiles on my face :) Thank you! You all are amazing!

Dr. Clark, Angie, and Julie have been a fantastic team in helping me get through all the back and neck issues I’ve been dealing with. They do a great job of keeping things interesting and making adjustments to the treatment plan as my targeted pain areas changed and evolved. They also thoroughly discussed any necessary lifestyle adjustments that I needed to make to ensure my body won’t relapse into a bad state. Even the fill-in staff has been fantastic when anyone has been out on vacation. Highly recommend AZ Pain Relief!

Arizona pain relief has been fantastic. As an athlete, I've struggled to find an which can handle my unique needs. Due to the nature of my sport, injuries are commonplace. The care I have received here has helped me recover from previous injuries while preventing future ones. Having a medical provider, chiropractor, and physical therapy all in one office is convenient and saves me time. They look at the whole picture when it comes to the care they provide....thorough, competent, and compassionate care. If you're looking for a team of specialists to handle your pain this is it, no question about it. I have a team of professionals working with me to keep me "in the game" naturally, no narcotics and with proven results!

If you want to be treated like family, like someone special, this is the place to go. My wife had such sever lower back pain right before Thanksgiving that she couldn't even walk without severe, shooting pain and spasms in her back. I called their office here and they saw her in the first hour of their opening the doors for the day. Besides the fact that this is so much more than just a chiro office (it's a full-service pain clinic), everyone here makes you feel like you are family. Their nurse practitioner did a full exam of my wife, they took x-rays to make sure she didn't have any disc or bone damage, the doctor examined and adjusted her, the physical therapist helped her with some exercises so she could move without pain, they gave her an awesome back brace (that was a life-saver on the flight we took a couple of days later), and they referred us to a surgery center to see a specialist. Long story short, my wife and I were able to get on a plane a couple of days after that and travel to visit family for Thanksgiving. Today, she's completely pain free. There are a lot of places in the Valley that say they can help. But this place is really special.

Not only am I an employee of Arizona Pain Relief. I am a patient too. I have witnessed the caring and compassion for the patients that are seen by our providers. Our providers will explain every detail as well as answer questions for something you don't understand. I was recently being adjusted when Dr. Clark noticed that my neck/shoulder was feeling a little tight. He sent me to our Physical Therapist, Angie who massaged it and recommended a trigger point injection to break up the calcification. I was a little scared because I don't even like having my finger poked. Julie the Nurse Practitioner reassured me and said I could have a little numbing spray before having this performed. I told her that it wasn't needed. Once she injected my muscle, I was surprised that it was really no biggie at all. She then found two other areas of concern that needed to be injected too. I've never had this done before and my shoulders felt better afterwards. I have also referred my family to Arizona Pain Relief - Biltmore.

AZ Pain Relief is excellent! The staff here at the Phoenix location is wonderful; always helpful and engaging when I have questions or have a hard time describing the specific nature of my pain! I'm a casual runner and exercise in the gym regularly and Dr. Clarke not only addresses the pain I often bring upon myself from training wrong, but also provides guidance and tips to help me prevent new injuries. I tell all of my friends and family to check them out!

After nine months enduring a handful of lower back spasms and moments of pain, a “back attack” happened again in January which left me unable to sit, stand up straight and walk. Not being a “massage/chiro/run to the doc” type of person typically…this experience was extreme and I needed help. Unable to secure an ortho/back/spine appointment sooner than a week out, my husband suggested I find a chiropractor who can offer some adjustment and perhaps a little, immediate relief. In my search online I found Arizona Pain Relief on 16th St. in Phoenix. I made the appointment that night online and they confirmed that I could come in the next day! The team was immediately welcoming and compassionate and they took time to listen. The team comprised of medical oversight, chiro and therapy were all quick to empathize with my acute pain and work diligently to assess my condition and strategize on a pain relief and recovery plan, yet I did not feel rushed. WHOOO HOOO! I am 6 weeks into my plan and my acute pain has subsided, I can nearly stand straight and I am building flexibility and strength. I have also learned a lot about the body, its connections and conditioning. My husband laughs as I tell him I am off to visit with my “new ‘back’ friends”. The team (C, A, J, A and Dr C) in the Phoenix practice are fantastic. We have gotten to know each other a bit and there is a true sense of care and commitment which I value in medical attention sometimes so easily overlooked. I highly recommend this practice.
