Never answers their phone and will not do anything about a product not working. Was also told I was buying one thing and then given something completely different. Basically told sorry we can do anything even though they admitted to there salespersons wrong doing.

The edibles seemed to be good quality, but a lot more pricy than some I've been to in Colorado. A suggestion for the store clerks. . I was told there were 5 pieces in a container, which actually there are 10. The chocolates come in a square with 2 pieces you have to break apart, kind of like the Hershey's plain chocolate bars. So half of one of those is a dose. That's not exactly how it was explained to me. I was under the impression that I was getting half of the amount that normally comes in am edible package for that price. They usually come in 10 pieces. They just simply said there were 5 pieces. So keep in mind not to overdo yourself with the whole piece, break it in half. I took one and a half, and it was almost too much. And I have done edibles before. They are great, but surprisingly very potent for such a small piece

The staff are what makes this dispensary shine. After they meet you they instantly welcome you in to their family. They're knowledgeable in the products they have and offer sound suggestions when needed. I've been going to the medical side for many months now and have never left unsatisfied or unhappy. If I had to offer any criticisms it would be these: 1. More bulk flowers options please! Buying an 1/8th at a time gets cumbersome and super expensive. 2. Work on the website - Adding more categories or sub categories(indica/sativa flower categories for example) and actually provide accurate product descriptions on all products. There's a few products without any descriptions. 3. The hours. 10-6 are short hours, especially being closed on Sundays. If they opened at 8 or even closed at 8 or 9 that would offer customers more time to be able to make it there. And lastly, 4, the prices could be better, but I understand the whole supply and demand thing right now.

The one stop shop for all of your cannabis needs. The selection and rotation of product is phenomenal yet they almost always have the classics in stock. The staff treats patients like royalty ensuring that they make educated choices and home in on what works for each individual. Like royalty though the bill can be a bit of a sticker shock. Prices are quite high for some popular items and when compared to other dispensaries seem astronomical. That said there are generally some cheaper options for those on a budget who don't require the top of the line. The hours of 10-6 seem to stifle and chafe those who would prefer evenings to shop and the closure on Sundays is a throwback to a religious tradition that most of us deem unsound. Besides those minor bugaboos it IS the only game in town so let's play!

Being a long time medical patient & having been to many, many dispensaries up and down the west coast and in Denver I must say that this is by far the most secure dispensary. The staff are awesome and very knowledgeable, well trained and efficient. The medicine is high quality and the prices may leave a bit to be desired but the end result is the same; you'll be well medicated. If you are an Illinois medical marijuana patient and in the Quincy area then this is your option for medicine. Getting here via the community transit sucks. The buses do not stop close to it. You would have to get off at K-Mart and walk back along the side of Broadway where there are very few sidewalks and a lot of traffic. Otherwise the Herbal Remedies is an awesome dispensary and the staff are very cool. The product is good and the utensils for sale there are reasonably priced, so grab a new pipe while you're getting your medicine. Drop by today and let them know that I said "HEY!"
