If your going to refuse service because I choose not to wear a mask in your business then you should have options for those, it may be something like DELIVERY or CURBSIDE pickup, Its not Illegal as it would be the same process and verification system that your employee verifies the patient in as they do when delivered. No more BOGO Wednesdays (cashing in on Covid?). Stopped carrying stuff they've had for years. I MAY be back if they bring back BOGO Wed but not worth the trip to me anymore. Used to be my go to place. :(P.S. Website is pitiful. Good luck trying to get info on stock. They evidently just don't care anymore. Complete and total bummer.

Came in for the first time today. Everyone was helpful until I was getting ready to leave noticed I didnt get the right amount of change back. The budtender who helped me apologized but I still waited 30 minutes for them to supposedly check the cameras. They tried telling me I didnt pay with the amount I had said. It was only $20 but still yall some snakes. Guess you gotta watch out for the dispensaries in the hood.

Friday I go in for the one an ounce special in the morning, and they're already out. You would think if you put something on special that you would have plenty to last at least through the morning. I think that's an old trick called Baiten and switch. My ounce went from 140 bucks to $219 it was a no sale. That's called bad business and I think it's illegal.

This was my first time visiting this place. A guy named William Buck helped me. He was very informative. Showed me around the place and really took his time to make me feel at home. They had a few container out so you could see and smell the weed. The three samples he let me smell smelled like old weed, little moldy smelling. I told him this and he said it has been sitting in those containers for awhile and they are old. I should have turned around and left right then and there. I had drove to them from north Phoenix and it was the middle of the afternoon so i was invested. I bought four strains. The Now and Later is border line moldy. I am trying to smoke it up before it gets worse. The Bubba Skywalker was a bust. Stank of mold and tasted like mold. I also bought Do-Si Punch. That was not moldy and also the Gelato was real good. The bad part of this story is they don't back up what they sell. I phoned them and told them about the moldy product and he told me that i should smoke it or throw it away it is my choice. He also added that next time i come down to buy some smoke that i should avoid the moldy one i bought and buy something else. This guy was so unprofessional it was crazy. Who runs a business and says that? Well needless to say i won't be back. I spent over 160.00 on my first visit and get treated like this. I would avoid this place at all costs.Seems like the Mom and Pops places can't afford to back their product. It pays to go to the Bigger places that can back the stuff they sell. I go to Curaleaf on Bell Rd. Got moldy stuff once and they gave me credit for what was moldy. Hope this helps patients in the future.

I dont know what the point of thier ordering on line is because I ordered online and waited til it said your order is ready for pick up, then left my house to pick up and still have to wait, I've been sitting here for 40 minutes and I'm still waiting. It's just the same as if I came in and ordered. It's just bad advertising and makes no sense at all .

I put in an order at 8:08am and they called me at 11:28am to cancel my order and didn't offer any alternative, just told me to have a good day and hung up. After your first visit don't expect decent customer service. They were rude to me on the phone when I tried to get an update. I don't think the deals are worth the garbage customer service.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary! I waited SIX HOURS (yes, you read that right, SIX) to get my PICKUP order I placed ahead of time. I drove 20 miles there to find out they were at least four hours behind so I drove back home and came back when my pickup order was ready. When I came back, I was told it would be ANOTHER 35-45 minutes. Not to mention, the staff couldn’t be any less empathic. No apology from them and I finally got an explanation on the prolonged wait times after talking to a few people. Not to mention, the building reeked of sanitizer when I finally was allowed in. This place is a mess and I don’t care how good the specials are. I’ll pay extra to avoid the horrible inconvenience!

Wouldn't update my ID info. Wouldn't assist me with anything, been a patient for 7 years and some how I always end up disappointed with this place. You have no customer service and your reception and front desk associates should learn how to use their email. And since I know everyone in promotions in Scottsdale and Tempe I will be spreading the word to stay away from your establishment. Even when COVID 19 wasn't around the store would make you wait hours to pick up an online order. The system is always down. The company doesn't even have an actual office number instead every one uses personal cell phones. Frankly I would give you no stars if I could. This company used to be 5 stars now it's a 1 if that.
