First. It's a very nice place, and everyone is super helpful and kind- always a great place.The only ding is on their flower. As a person that spent over four years in the cannabis industry, what is sold as "flower" is popcorn bud that we would use to make a "bud run" shatter. The flower is VERY GOOD.. Just maybe could indulge us that really ;love flower?Just sayin'Best to you guys!

Ah, the good 'ol bait and switch, a fine business tactic...I went on a Tuesday, during the concentrate 20% off discount day, bought a concentrate, but was told this wasn't a correct concentrate for their concentrate sale. No discount.Luckily, there are a lot of dispensaries in the area and I won't be going back to Herbal Wellness again.EDIT: The owner contacted me and was very generous in remedying this situation. Thanks!

I absolutely love this dispensary.! The ladies at the front desk tonight were extremely welcoming.! I also really enjoy the massage chair in the waiting area. Every time I go in the bud tenders are super cool and friendly. I’ll make sure To ask the name of the bud tenders next time to leave a better review but this for sure is My favorite place to shop.

I don't usually shop here, and when I do it's meh. But decided to try it out and went in to this establishment on the Saturday morning of Memorial day weekend, unfortunately had an unpleasant experience due to their inability to keep a full staff. Customers do not come first apparently because it seems like the other "side jobs" are more important for the employee to tend to rather than the customer. I had a few basic questions for the budtender about a certain product and got a rude toned response in the form of "I don't know, should I google it for you?" and seemed turned off that i was asking questions. I was taking my time browsing some other products that struck my interest when i was literally asked three times "will that be it today?" "are you done yet?" and immediately felt rushed and unwanted in this budtenders day to day. Luckily the manager on duty this day was very friendly and refunded my money due to the rude employee. Her excuse for her attitude was because "she was the only one there" and that "there is a huge line of people here and I have a lot of other things to do today.." Don't tell your customers who spend a lot of money that. treat your customers with respect that you would want when spending hard earned money in your establishment. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone

Loyal customer that lives less than 1 mile from the store and works with the same employees at least twice a week making purchases.Trying to return my third broken arrow pro Vape pen battery. They refused to return because there’s system is to inadequate to track their customers purchases and I didn’t save a little piece of paper. Hope the $20 Vape pen was worth the $500 a month in sales you just lost with this customer.

Unbeatable prices....Great Marijuana at a low cost...I was skeptical of this place because of some of the reviews, but I live 4 miles away, and since I live in a dry County(Broomfield) this is the closest one to my house...after having visited this Shop on more then 10 occasions, I must say this is by far the best shop in the Greater Metro area that I have personally been to...Screw what the negative reviews say and come get some kill for the low low...

Extremely Rude Atmosphere. Bad Vibes on the Medical Side. Horrible work ethics. At least for me I am never going back especially on Wednesday’s around 2pm. I was treated horrible especially from the employee on the medical side and the lead staff lady called upon. It took about 30 min to verify that I was an actual medical patient. Approach from the employee was unfriendly as soon as I walked in.

They have the herbs, it’ll make you feel well. 20 points per visit regardless is pretty swell. Any time I need something for sleep, pain, anxiety etc. the staff is knowledgeable and points me in the right direction every time. I’d recommend to anyone anytime.

I was on vacation over the weekend from Maine and wanted to check out the local scene. I visited 8 or 9 dispensaries in the area and Herbal Wellness was far and away the best experience of the bunch. Staff was excellent!!! I had alot of questions since it was my first experiences with dispensary shopping. I bought from several locations and they had the best quality weed as well. I was disappointed with most of the stores having dry, old, and not properly flushed products. Thanks Herbal Wellness for making my vacation an enjoyable one. PS: LOVE THEIR TEXT ALERT SALES
