This facility is getting worst day by day as the employees working there are very rude and misbehaves with clients. I tried to get an appointment for our cat but the front office girl said someone will call and make appointment, no one called in a week and we tried to make appointment but same instruction from a front office girl that someone will call a for the appointment but no one has ever called. We found a better vet in a mile area and we are very sad by the behavior of all the staffs in that facility, doctor needs to look into this matter and change these whole set of rude people.

We've been taking our pets to Nuevo Road Animal Hospital for years, and for good reason. The entire staff is always friendly, professional and very loving toward our dogs. We moved out of the Perris area about 6 years ago, but, rather than changing to a vet closer to us, we are happy to make the longer drive back into Perris to make sure our dogs continue to receive the great care and attention provided by Nuevo Road Animal Hospital.

Just a suggestion for a thoughtful veterinariansWhen you sedate a dog to check her blood and you see minor things that the dog needs and you made the owner aware of the problem already, why not pull the tooth that's bad and do the nose probe to check for foxtails while the dog is already sedated the first time instead of having to come back and be sedated again. Im sure any pet parent would greatly appreciate that and would gladly pay the extra fees

My dog, friend and companion was not doing well. The staff and doctor are professional and approachable. My dog was put under... 😭This was my first time and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and gave me all time needed to say my good byes. I would recommend this vet hospital to anyone, in addition they are affordable.

Dr Ahmed and his staff are the absolute BEST! They have been taking care of my animals (and me) for over a decade now. I love his staff, so caring and always there for me, even in my darkest hours. I recently had to put my sweet child to sleep. Dr Ahmed came in to be with me for this and it was his day off. He didn't have to, but he did. My baby's passing was so peaceful and just knowing that Dr Ahmed cared for him like I did, means ALOT! And Linda, well what can I say about Linda, but love you girl! Thanks for being there with me too! If you need a vet, or are in need of a new one, don't go any further! I still have my other two kids and will rely on Nuevo Animal hospital to help me keep them happy, healthy and safe. ❤ ❤ ❤

My pets veterinarian & home away from home! I have been a client of Nuevo Road Animal Hospital for the past twenty-five years! Dr. Ahmed & all the staff provide the best quality of care! They are all thorough and compassionate, and it's comforting to know that my babies are receiving diligent care at all times! I highly recommend this animal hospital!

The vaccine clinic was really great. However when we tried to go for veterinary services for a sick cat that needed immediate attention we were told the vet was going to lunch and we could make an appointment for 2 days later. I had to find another place to take our baby and they took her right in and needed to keep her overnight. Didn't appreciate being turned away like that.

The dental work at this hospital was the cheapest that I was able to find. Between $250-400. The tech was also very friendly and thorough, explaining everything until I understood with blood work, x-rays, what was necessary/ unecessary so that I could save and spend at my convenience. I never felt pressured here like other vets do. I was more than satisfied with my dog's work. His teeth were all scraped clean and his stinky breathe really is non-existent. I would recommend to friends and family.

0 compassion here. Arrived for the rabies vaccine at 1202. Nichole told me it would be $14 instead of $7. I said ok because I drove from so far. She says actually we're Gna go on lunch. Can you come back in an hour. It's 95 degrees outside. My dog is extremely hot. I left. What a horrible place. 0 compassion here. Don't bring your pet here if they are sick. The staff might need to go on lunch if it's one minute passed their time. 0 stars if possible. Thanks Nichole
