Worst place! It took me one month to get an appointment. The day of the appointment, they took two hours to seeing me. the waiting time was insane! I went to ask how much longer I need it to wait and they told me that there were another two people in front of me, that I could reschedule! "Are you kidding!" After a month waiting, they wanted me to reschedule!!! I could give them a zero!

The people working here are not very friendly at all. No one greets you with a smile, they DO get their work done efficiently, however they all lack customer service skills. You go in there and even though they use your name to call you up, you feel like you're just another number.And the Spanish they use is absolutely ATROCIOUS. No wonder my Spanish speaking community has a hard time communicating their needs when the people who work there can't even properly translate the word "folder" on their sign in the waiting area.

Spare yourself! This place is a disgrace to the human race! The Doctors are terrible, most are barely out of school...This is NO Healthcare by far! I am embarrassed for the State Of California and their so called Health Reform System known as "The Riverside University Health System". This is a joke! The people or persons responsible that received a big title and a big fat raise should be Criminally Charged and be MADE to have to use the system theirselves and their families! Especially stay away from Dr. Barbara Jane Ganchanco D. O. and Dr. Jollie M. D...

I hate this Clinic. One of the the worst experience I ever had. First of all, it takes about 30 minutes for a person of to answer me in order to make an appointment. And when I have a really bad pain, they still schedual me an appointment one month away or, they tell me to go to urgent care. The receptionist are rude. An whenever I want the doctor to sign something for school, the f****** reception is always makes a big fit about saying "that that they can't or that my insurance doesn't cover it; even if I asked over the phone to make sure it was alright.. And if I have a question that is not relating to my consultation, they just ignore me and say that I have to pay another co-pay.

The wait is always long. Even when you're the only one there. Takes an hour to get in and another 30minutes in the back. This place is terrible. The pediatrician doctors here are so stupid when it comes to diagnosing or giving advice. I moved my kids as soon as the doctor tried to compare her child to mine. No doctor does that. I feel like they all sit in the back and skim through medical books to prepare themselves for generic questions. Never again.
