These guys are just wonderful. I have to sing their praises. I come here regularly to purchase fo my aunt who lives in a nursing home nearby and they are just so nice to deal with. Super service, exceptional prices. The staff is very professional and knowledgable. I feel great about giving these guys my business.

Was a loyal customer and love their selection. However, even after over several dozens of transactions and purchases with them, herbn elements was not willing to hold an online order for me for only a few hours more than 24 hours, after I had placed an online order while out of town. I understand how its a rule, but I would think they could put into account my prior vast amount of purchases with them. Very disappointing, because several of the items I ordered will likely be out of stock by the time I can get there again on Friday morning. Hopefully *fingers crossed* my order will be returned to the shelf and they will still have the items, but if not, I probably will not be using this dispensary again. As somebody who works in customer service myself, I really do not appreciate the lack of respect and courtesy as a regular customer, who has purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from them over the past year.
