*Changed my review to five stars because of some great bud tenders but the website info still needs to be cleaned up! *Great selection of CBD and wellness products which I appreciate but make sure you’re getting what you think you are when ordering online to pickup. My order has been pulled wrong more than right, easily corrected in store but it’s kind of annoying. The staff is friendly, store is clean and they’re well stocked. The website also has quite a bit of wrong information in the cbd category which is where o look so I can’t speak to the site as a whole. i wish they’d correct the mg. and sizing info on some of the stuff.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone, from the ID checker to the bud specialist are friendly and helpful. Plus their products and pricea are better than any other place I have tried. So glad I found this shop and now it is the only place I go. Oh and check out their discounts and happy hour, they have happy hour twice a day. Granted once you go you get to be Happy whether you go during happy hours or not!

My bud tender was very rude. I paid her, went to walk out and noticed she was examining my 5$ bill. I could've just walked out and not cared, but it was counterfeit apparently. I then decided to get an advertised deal and she mis represented the deal. Along with all of that she made no eye contact, did not thank me and seemed as if I was inconveniencing her. I shop there very frequently and will never go to her till again. Very disappointed. I've never been treated like that there. Smh

Was disappointed to learn their rewards program 20% off one non sale item coupon only applies to items 7g Or smaller when I came in to redeem the coupon I had saved for buying a sweet 28g deal. It’s Apparently one of the “restrictions”, it would be nice to include a link to the restrictions in your text when you get your reward. Seeing as you send links to your promos all the time that way. I found it dishonest and honestly would rather deal with other companies which are more straightforward and to the point with their program. Up to this point I found myself a reasonably satisfied customer with this establishment. But perhaps I’ll consider other venders for my needs in the future.

Seems to me like the service here is getting worse and worse. Went in last night to pick up an online order (where is this "online isle" I read about online?) and was rudly ignored by the MANAGER and his cohort, who both made eye contact with me and went to do something else. Fine, whatever. So I place an order tonight, online, get a confirmation email, and I'm told they don't have my order ready. Fine, whatever. Next, I'm told that I won't get the discount I've gotten FOREVER there, as I am a veteran. Why else do I come here except for this discount? It certainly isn't for the friendly staff, to whom I always seem to be someone who could wait a while, even if no one was doing anything. I don't think that I will be back there any time soon; good thing Glass 'n' Grass is close by.

Herbn Elements is a great store. Informed staff will answer all your questions. If you pre-order what you want online, there's a 15 percent discount for almost everything (no discount stacking tho).They have pretty much every marijuana product you can think of. Location is kind of bad tho, it's right off of a busy roadway; the parking situation is also not that great. the good part is that people are in and out pretty quickly.

Herbn Elements has a great selection of herb and paraphernalia. The prices are reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Picked up some oil to make brownies.They are a cash only business, but there is an ATM on site for your convenience (and a small fee). 😉

Horrible customer service, won't be going back there. Y'all have an issue with at Mobile customers and your pre order system where you won't send a response or confirmation of a pre order through T Mobile customers. I tried for over an hour yesterday to get a ore order to go through and when I got there was told I don't qualify for the pre order discount because I have To Mobile. Literally had to send like ten requests and got no reply and when I went in the guy said I haden't waited long enough fo him to fill my order, an hour isn't long enough, so I couldn't get what I wanted. Y'all have issues and don't deserve to be open to the public at this point with the way your employees are treating your customers and the lack of attention to your pre order system. Get your selves together you are a hot mess.

Budtender was way too political! I let her know i didn't share her views and that i was there just trying to score some bud. After that her medial Customer service skills completely went away. You cant see most of the selections without asking to see them first. No clear pricing. Store did look nice inside. Ive been to just about every store and this experience was more awkward that your high school connection trying to get you to hook him up with an underage girl when he's 29.
