Meh. Just a disappointing first experience at Herbology. I called before going and asked for a landmark to locate the building and the girl had no idea what "landmark" meant and had to explain. I didn't say anything once I got there, I picked a nice looking flower to go home with and have enjoyed it, however I've found I'm leaning towards other places in the general area who treat me on a more personal level in a couple of ways. Herbology can contact me if they're interested in why I feel the way I do.

They messed up my discount when I went for a promotion. They quickly tried to call more than once (I don't answer numbers I don't know so I didn't answer, they may have left a voicemail.) but when they couldn't get ahold of me they sent me a lengthy text message (4 in total) letting me know I overpaid and that they were crediting me for that amount and my new loyalty points/money off I had now was $64. When I came back to use the money they let me know that I only had $58 of money to use. Sort of weird they went through the trouble to text me so much but couldn't get that message right either. Veteran staff who have been there for awhile are all knowledgeable but their entrance and exit is a little disorganized and I've been skipped in line a few times by inexperienced staff getting confused.
