I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly, helpful, and remembers their regulars. They clearly care about their patients, kindly taking the time to explain everything, recommending products and strains specifically for your condition. I also really like that they do not push "the high". It's very nice to come into a more upscale looking place and have both the service and product match. Yes, the prices can be a bit high, but the quality and service definitely warrants it. One staff member that really stands out and goes the extra mile is Robby. He's definitely my favorite. I will continue to visit Herbology for as long as it stands.

Had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable on the product they sell there. The dispensary was very clean and I thought the display cases were very well put together and professional looking. All-in-All my experience there for the first time and everytime after have been in-and-out with all my needs met everytime.

I have frequented this location after giving it a go, despite some of the reviews. I find this location convenient, as my disability makes it harder for me to commute to farther cities. With that being said, I had previously compared some of the pricing and while it appears online pricing here is a tad bit higher, I'm saving myself time, gas, and a headache by not having to drive to Harrisburg/Lancaster.I also find each staff member extremely helpful and friendly. I have had a few of the herbologist and have asked questions which have been answered very thoroughly. I find that if they make a suggestion and I want to go a different direction, I am allotted that privilege, which is also nice.I find the daily menu has changed some of my favorites out. I would strongly recommend to get the product, test it that day and purchase more if you find it works really well. While some of my favorites have been out, I find the staff able to recommend similar products, which so far, have all been close enough to help me as well. I also would recommend you asking for instruction/demo if you get a product, like a pen, and you're unsure how to put the medicine in. Their staff is more than happy to accommodate. While I was initially leary of going to this location because of a reviewer's very in-depth (and much appreciated) explanation of the process to get into the building, I have not found it an issue. I find that someone is usually right there to open the door (without me buzzing), but do have to buzz sometimes. I like the added security. Your staff is very knowledgeable, but will not be upset if you go a different directions. Even during busier times, I have never had to wait long. Thank you!!
