Feedback:
I usually go to tye Herbology located in Delaware County, but I tried going to this location a little bit ago...if you're in a wheelchair, don't waste your time going here. This place doesn't make any sense, they know, or should know that their patients suffer from some sort of medical condition, and in wheelchairs. I'm paralyzed, so I decided to try this location since its not too far from me. When I got to this location, I was greeted by steps. So I figured that they would have another way for people who are in wheelchairs into their dispensary...I was dead wrong. One of the workers came outside to greet me. I asked how do I get inside? He stated they are NOT wheelchair accessible. So I figured that they can at least serve me while I wait outside...again, I was dead wrong. All in all, I was denied entry, service and etc, all because of my disability. Because of this, I will not go to any of their locations. How can a place, a place who works with people who suffer from medical conditions, deny to serve people who are in wheelchairs?? This is equivalent to a Dr/hospital refusing to treat sick patients. Herbology, I asked on behalf of not only myself, but for every person who suffers from medical conditions that left us bound to wheelchairs....please fix this problem.
