First off, the $99 special they had for weed was horrible... the weed was not good at all. So we chose to get 4 quarters of higher shelf buds. The budtender messed the order up and weighed them out as eighths, so it took about 25 minutes to get a simple ounce. Then, we got home to realize that the budtender forgot a full quarter, and the receipt. We called in, and the situation was handled by this rude person named Jase, who pretty much called my girlfriend a liar on the phone, we came to a conclusion, and he rudely HUNG UP on her. That just took this to the next level. I need a manager to reach out to me ASAP before this becomes a bigger issue. I have never been treated like this at a dispensary before, and I'll make sure everyone knows about the ethics behind this place.
