I like the people, the product is good, it's a little limited and those stairs seem counterproductive, but it's a good way to make sure drunk people can't get in. I just can bring myself to go back anymore, but check it out for yourself, if you like good weed and responsive staff!

This is by far the best Cannabis Shop in Seattle. I’ve been going there since they opened. First off one of the best parts is you don’t have to have cash and can use your debit/credit card. (Well most of the time. Debit seems to always work, sometimes credit cards don’t, but usually it does).They have an amazing selection! They have 3 menus: Daily Blowout Specials, Pre-Rolls, and their Live Menu. They also have their Blow Out Specials and Live Menu on their website, so you can see what they have before you go there.The staff and all around vibe is incredibly inviting. The staff is super chill, non “sales-y”, and very knowledgeable. And to top it off, not only do they have tons of discount deals throughout the week, but EVERY Tuesday is 20% off everything in the store! I could go on and on, but you just need to try it out for yourself. ;)

Been going here for over a year since it is in my neighborhood; but Tori worker tonight makes me want to post about the terrible counter sale I had :(- - -not friendly, no customer service skills, did not seem knowledgeable about product..but she had no line so I did not wait for familiar face. Staff has usually been warm, inviting and knowledgeable so I am disappointed and will look at other options in neighborhood now. Did not feel like I could ask questions or inquire about Herbs product menu. I used to recommend Herbs House just find another counter person if you have any questions :) Product and prices good but so should the experience be....

I've been going here for years! They search for the best growers throughout the state. If you buy anything from Phat Panda, Doc & Yeti, Grow Op Farms, Seceret Gardens, Gold Leaf Gardens or Downtown Cannabis you're sure to get the best! All $12-$15 price range per gram. If you truly love great flower, don't waste your time or money going somewhere else. You can go to any other store and get charged more for the same brands. Or worse, get someone who says, "This is great stuff, super good smell and heavy". Then you get home and it smells like hay, burns your throat and leaves you frustrated. I drive from Lake Forest Park to Ballard because I can trust what I'm getting! Thanks Herbs House!

Being from Texas, I knew nothing of how to go about making a purchase. The staff at Herb's House was super helpful to me in understanding the differences in their products. I went into Herb's House feeling intimidated, and nervous, and came out confident, and educated. My purchase was perfect for me, and I went back twice during my short stay in Seattle with the knowledge needed to navigate the shop like a local!
