Staff was nice, very informative. I bought an ounce of premium. Couple of bowls in I happen to look in the container. I found a very well used screen, a well used poker/ spoon and a Dorito chip. WTF, did this container belong to someone? Why was this in a supposedly clean container and staff that should have been picking our of the main container. I was at the ATM and didn't watch that activity. If it can be explained I'll be back, if not I'll look elsewhere.

I was really impressed with this place yesterday morning. It was early on a Sunday morning, and they were open. A girl friend/neighbor of mine and I were headed back home to Portland, from an out of town festival, and so we stopped in. The guy was super friendly and genuinely personable. Provided excellent 👌🏽 customer service, with attention to quality and be$t values, honestly. We will be back when in, or headed through Salem.

This place is simply the best. Prices are almost always the cheapest in town. The quality of the products is always very good to best in town. The tax is included in the sticker price which makes your buying experience as convent as possible. But what really sets them apart is their staff, they are patient and knowledgeable. They don't treat you like a sale, they treat you like a client and they want you to leave and return satisfied. They have even suggested some of their competitors to me when their current stock of an item is temporarily sold out, as opposed to trying to sell me something less effective, or that I may not even be interested in. Again first and foremost it is clear to me that when I deal with Hi Cascade they put MY needs before their need to profit.Id put a sixth star if I could.

Jeff and the staff were great in helping me find what I am searching for with Cbd type products. Though they didn't have the product available that I was looking for they were more than willing to help me in directing me to the right place in town. They care a lot about what I had to say and even though I didn't purchase anything today, I will in the future and recommend them to the people I know. Thanks for helping Jeff.
