I have to say, I’ve been working retail for the last 13 years, and hands down have had the best customer service from Mike , that I’ve ever seen. They personally call you to tell you the order is ready to pick up, he has made suggestions on replacements, when they ran out of anything I’ve ordered that are even better than what I had picked to begin with. The prices are hands down the best. Thank you 😊

The BEST dispensary I have been to yet!!! I checked them out on Leafly, and called ahead to double check that they had what I wanted, the person who answered the phone was very helpful, and they even put aside the product I wanted so it was waiting for me when I arrived! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable, I HIGHLY (no pun intended ;D) recommend visiting Hi Cascade when you're in Waldport!!

They take pre-orders so you can call ahead and pick up when you have time.🙏🏼 This is the best shop. Even better than Colorado shops in my opinion. The atmosphere is very friendly but professional. There is a lobby where they check people in which gives you a safe feeling and a personal experience with the budtender. They are happy to answer any questions and don't have this weird attitude that other shops have. Super nice experience. Thanks guys <3
