I can only speak for the front side of the building where they sell non THC products. This is my regular spot for CBD. The employees always surprise me with how much they know about this stuff. They are always nice and they have a military discount. A great place for CBD for your pets too. THC is in the back to the left of the building.

Great store! Fast friendly and helpful! Pretty nice sized selection to choose from, reasonable prices if your on a budget! Even more if your not!The lady that helped me was very understanding of my needs and pointed out products I'd never have tried before! Great edibles for headaches too!After traveling up the west coast it was nice to finally feel appreciated as a customer!

WARNING!!!!!!!! They do not recognize there owe return policy. Cartridge fell part and I was told on the phone to bring it in and upon arrival at the door I was told the the state will not allow the return. I asked why they are advertising cartridge return and not honor it, there store management Quote"most be PR thing". They tried to offer me 20% off and I come to find out that is the day discount. Did not rectify the problem and kept my receipt, security told me to cut my losses and leave. NOTE security officer was very nice and polite. He confided to me that he was there little over a year and they have never Exchange or Refund any return he has seen there. WARNING!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to start off by saying I have, am, and always will be a loyal customer of this establishment the treatment I received over the last couple years has been Superior kind, and most of all honest,a knowledgeable and well-trained as their staff is they also won't B.S. if they don't know. I'm a very picky customer with my cannabis, and I have always been able to find items of my liking in their cases. But most important at a personal level is how welcome I feel there. quite honestly it is my occasional socialization. I am an adult high functioning autistic, who loves cannabis. A "Rainman of weed" they don't just tolerate me there I can honestly see and tell a level of happiness to see me. It's not just sell me my weed and get on to the next one my many favorite Bud tenders will take time to engage in an interesting conversation. On a couple occasions I have gone there for something to brighten the day when I was going through horrific times and so I like to thank them for being more than helpful staff but for being friends there not only help me with the perfect selection of a strain but took the time to care about me emotionally. They are top-notch thoughtful professional. From a business side well-priced with an excellent selection, from a customer service side as I said above they go well above and beyond. And in closing I just tried the blueberry blast from Iona... A connoisseurs delight in appearance smell flavor and most importantly a complexed high.

This is an edit from a 1 star review:I initially posted an issue I had during my last visit, which I felt was less than ideal. This wasn't a staff or store based issue (staff has always been great and the store is both clean and well laid out) but rather an oversight on a product description (since corrected). The owner reached out to me on here, listened to my concerns, explained what action they were going to take to resolve the issue long term, and then offered to make the immediate issue right. Needless to say, I was blown away by both their tact and efforts to correct the oversight long term. This is the first issue I've encountered in my almost weekly visits to the dispensary (over the past 6 months) and the manner in which it was resolved has made me a life long customer.If you want to support a local dispensary that actively listens to their customer base, on top of having quality products, I urge you to check this place out. Curbside pickup is painless and the staff is phenomenal.

The staff is both knowledgeable and nice, and they have a good selection which changes. I'm a high CBD + low THC user and was stoked to find some yummy chocolates (though it was hard not to keep eating them). And, the fact that they have the CBD only shop is fantastic!! Another really fantastic thing about High 5, they have special discount days; For people in the service industry (just need to bring your food handler card), edibles day, etc. And, I can always pop in and get a special treat for my wife.

Too expensive. Excellent service, but the prices outweigh the hospitality. If you buy from here, no matter what grade you decide to purchase, you're going to pay top dollar. The market is now flooded with product, and justifiably the prices should go down accordingly, but not here. $50 for 3 1/2 grams????? Are you kidding? You're better off taking an extra 20 minutes and going across the river. Over time, you'll save a bundle!

The Best Customer service Ever. This was truelly a memorable moment. From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted by some up spirits and smiling faces. They answered all of our questions and offered some great restaurant suggestions before we left. I will definitely return and reccomend any one visiting to shop there. There was an Asian guy in there that had me laughing and learning about my purchases. Ans the guy at the door was hilarious. ALSO. AMAZING PRICES!!! Lowest prices I have ever paid in a dispensary ❤. Also... they didn't pay me for this review... my experience was just that AMAZING

I always come here for all my Cannabis needs. Great hours specially for me because I don't get off work until later in the night. They hold special discounts for each day. ( my favorite is munchie Monday with a discount on edibles every Monday ) and to put the trichomes on the leaf the employees are always nice and accommodating to all my questions and always with good vibes and a smile. High five to high five!

Love the energy and the staff but unfortunately have struck out 3 different times on product. The dabs are fine but the flower is not cured right and the strains are not what they claim to be. And unlike Oregon it's all prepackaged so you can't smell that it's bunk until you get home and you've already sent $100. Save your money and spend the extra 10 minutes to go across to Oregon where you can smell the flower before buying. Will be going back to the archive or americanna in PDX for quality non pre-packaged flower.
