Namaste is by far my favorite Yoga Studio ever!! The yoga classes are uplifting, inspiring, and energizing. Ann Marie, the owner is a skilled teacher who can guide you into poses you never thought you could do. The studio has a friendly welcoming (non-competitive) atmosphere for locals and visitors. Namaste offers classes for all levels to feel comfortable and challenged. Although, Ann Marie is by far my favorite teacher she has a variety of skilled teachers on her staff with different styles for people to explore and enjoy. Check out the on line schedule that offers a range of classes from VInyasa, Self Care, Deep Stretch, Sound Bath, Mobility Tune up, Core Focus, etc. The prices are affordable and there are usually monthly specials, community classes, and workshops to choose from.Treat yourself to one of Ann Marie's massages! Her knowledge of the body mechanics and anatomy enable her to tune into your body's specific needs. I have a chronic neck injury and she has truly helped me feel better to live the active life style I want living in the mountains.
