Feedback:

I have gotten massages at Namaste several times from Ann Marie (owner) & Victoria. I’ve always been very impressed with the quality and overall professional experience. They helped me get my body out of a stuck place and relieve different ailments/pain from different sports & activities. The owner, Ann Marie is easy to schedule with and responds quickly, offering different options for therapists and time availabilities. The location is great right in downtown Truckee, in a cute & soulful historic building. If you’re getting a massage and want a full self care experience I also highly recommend doubling up with a yoga class (in the same building) if you have the time...you won’t regret it, all of the Namaste yoga teachers are super high quality! This is a great local business to support with good vibes and a warm welcoming energy :-)
