Updated June 23rdI am still getting herbs that taste like hey when I go in the display asking what to expect is it going to be a very earthy taste is it trimmed well is it Shea or is it small nugs etc. and what I keep coming across is a lot of shake a lot of sugar leaves that have not been trimmed off and so consistently as far as flour goes the taste is just like smoking weed see you found on the side of the road at times it’s disappointing because they have always been my go to especially for flavor and taste on flowers I also bought a cartridge a couple days ago where I even noticed that taste in there as well I think it has an issue to do with the process of not trimming it well and then again not curing it well either because from an experienced grower these are the biggest things I see that often are rushed and ruin the entire batch is flavor in order to get it out quicker so it makes sense financially but they didn’t used to be about quantity over quality are used to be quite the opposite and I’m not saying that they aren’t still I get good customer service when I go in although I have Ms. to reward points or to visit switches I guess 40 points every time I’ve gone in the last four times I have told them well that’s what you told me my points were out last time and then I spent $80 and then I came in to more times after that and it still at the same thing? But they’re good people over there they will take care of you if issues arise generally I think they’re just having a hard time keeping up with new employees maybe punching in numbers correctly.So again with the update these are things from today and the past months and more just that been happening to me that are not deal breakers by any means I had pure life tell me that I wasn’t even allowed to speak to a supervisor LOL so these are some of the best customer service people in the biz and they used to have the best flower in the biz as well. I’m hoping we get back to that point and I know it’s Covid it’s also hard because we’re not able to check things out before they bring them to you so we have to rely on them telling us the truth and making sure it’s trimmed good and I just feel like because we don’t get a chance to look at it anymore and there’s a no return policy is that maybe they’re getting away with more than they normally would on purpose and I just wouldn’t expect that from them but it’s also just a hard time all around us has lasted for quite some time nowEither way MY GO TO STILL DESPITE THE SMALL ISSUES. Because no matter where you back its just been more than 6 months. Quality and Quantity!!never shake never sugar leaves, great strength where others like Pur life will say oh do not pay attention to those percentages???? What ? Would a Pharmacist say that about strength of medication, NO so get with it. there is a reason this has been voted number one for 5 yearsHDR always accommodating within reason and the law, the customer is treated with respect not like they are bothered ( one blond girl but always gonna have bad seed right?) BUD is the best in town, and you can buy Indica sativa and more mids all up at 29%-30.15% or you can go to other dispensaries and pay 13 or 14$ per gram for 22%-24% CONCENTRATESAGAIN you are using the best quality Hydroponic grown herb, properly cured, and tested then companies like Budder pros, and all the other GOOD ones.BUDDER PROS is only 50$ a gram for distillate and wax and edibles also priced properly, I have only seen naty rx do this otherwise. At other dispos they will tell you, we added more terps so its 100 dollars... Adding more terps only thins your meds and decreases strength. You are going to have good and bad experiences with people at places but everything above should not very and in fact like HDR the customer service should come first, some of the dispos forget they have a job because they are working for patients and get a drug dealer mentality in my opinion. I went online to check out the Creme Rose and found it was supposed to have FAILED for Yeasts and Molds per the Department of Health, BUT THEY'RE SELLING IT to us patients??? Definitely not the type of dispensary patients should be visiting.

I just got my 3rd DELIVERY order from HDR & it IS AWESOME. EVERY time it IS exactly what I ordered. The quality is excellent and having it delivered to my house is WAY better than driving in this 100° weather. Thanks Diego, for delivering with a sense of humor...and thank you. Daninique for filling my order perfectly. I highly recommend using the delivery service at HDR. I will.

I agree with Jade, We will not return to HDR as long as they have the rude bouncer at the door is there. I guess he forgot that we are sick people who need to be treated in accordance to the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines. He might need to keep his night Job. Treating people with mental Illness so aggressively could cause unnecessary problems. Not everyone reacts well to a Tyrannical bouncer. Sad to say after celebrating my 8th year on the program I won't be back until he is out of there. With a fuse like that I'm sure others have complained. 8 yrs of rapport wasted

I've come here many ,many times w little to no issues❤.well until yesterday.I have severe social anxiety and cannot always go in. I attempted to call for almost 3 hours for curbside pickup!! ..i called many times (24 TIMES TO BE EXACT )to which every call had not been answered so after i left a frustrated message stating how I've been trying to place a order FOR HOURS!!!! .i finally received a call back from a female staff member who was completely rude .ignoring her attitude because i needed my medicine😔 i asked about the flower deal I knew they were having. she continued to explain to me the strain ,and its potency . I then asked for 4gs of it she then told me I dont have that strain anymore which would've been fine but why explain the strain and everything about it only to tell me there is none? she then w an attitude asked if there was anything else she could help with .I was completelyfed up ,and frustrated I said forget it!!!!! hung up the phone nd drove away.😒😞

I take my other 3 star's back because today I had the worst experience here that I've EVER HAD IN 3 YEARS GOING HERE. I understand that it's crazy and computer's go down, but I have been here twice today and the first time waited in line for 20 minutes and they went down. Then ordered curbside service and waited another 20 minutes while people who came after me got their order before me. Then I don't remember his name but he has an accent and he was really rude.That is what I do not appreciate. Shareen Lopez Julia Nicholson and Betty Failing will not be going here for a while. The tenders are pushy. When I wanted to inspect the jar the woman kept saying, " are you going to buy that one" once maybe but I couldn't get a chance to look at it I was so busy telling her that I hadn't had a chance. I got frustrated and told her no thank you and left. The bud is way over priced, the incentives (points) never pay out. Places like Sandia. Or purlife , urban wellness actually make good on their rewards.

Mislabeled medication!At both the Coors and panam locations the KARMA KUBES gummies dosage information is incorrect and at the coors location they are well aware of it, how is that even possible?!I would imagine that correct dosage information would be TOP PRIORITY at any facility that distributes medication, especially to the elderly or the inexperienced patient.It just makes it hard to believe any information and difficult to trust anything coming out of this place...I'll gladly pay the extra $2 elsewhere for accuracy.

Three stars is really kind of pushing it but I do like the staff and the customer service sometimes LOL flower was the reason I used to go out here but for over a year now it has been but I don't know what it has been. Went in today to grab some new nanotech and they don't even know what it is which was disheartening. All across the board it says small Buds $7 everything else was $8 because everything else is sleepy and smells like old mulch. So I picked from what was supposed to be to not see small bud he comes out and he says I'm sorry all we have are small buds so me being disabled and not really thinking it through I said okay and I walked out not realizing he had just ripped me off mistakenly I think ? In my mindbecause everything else that are small buds are $7 on the menu. This is one of the better dispensaries in town, but not perfect. Weekend hours are very inconvenient and the one time I went on a Saturday the door was locked at 3:55. Decent flower selection and good prices, but I bought a half ounce last week that left a lot to be desired. It was mostly larf. There were only one or two dense, frosty buds in the whole jar, and everything else was lighter, airier, lower buds that did not get enough light. $8 per gram across the board is still pretty much the best price in town and for this reason they get above average marks. Much better than average prices on edibles as well.
