Ordered about 300$ worth of product, out of the 5 products 1 was broken, another was missing, so I contacted customer support but they refused to help because "I need video proof of me opening the package". I don't know how many people take video of them opening packages but I have never done that. I have email receipts from them confirming my order amount and then another of them sending me a tracking email that shows they didnt send the right products. So I lost 100$ and they told me its my fault because I didnt film an unboxing video
