As a longtime customer of Mr. Nice Guy Bend, I took it in stride when the “bottom tier” onces abruptly jumped from $50 to $75 for the exact same product. On countless occasions I’ve ignored the uppity attitude of Evan Rich, on his delusional power trip as a key-holder, seemingly oblivious that his position is in sales & service. Rather than putting any effort into matching a customer with an appropriate product in their desired price point, he tries to shame an individual while steering them toward more expensive flower or making excuses that the house brand “LOL Edibles” hard candies taste inferior to other brands because “you get what you pay for.” Yesterday, after being inundated with emails, texts & postcards advertising a medical client “appreciation” event giving an additional 25% off 8 ounces, I price shopped all 8 of the Mr. Nice Guy dispensaries within a 200-mile radius of my home by phone to determine whether or not it was worthwhile — the brand’s closest dispensary in Bend is more than 2 hours round trip.I cannot articulate how *unappreciated* I felt when I arrived for my 1st experience at the Bend store as a medical patient only to be told by the two gentlemen working the a.m. shift that they would only honor the promotion on $75+ ounces and had no way to override anything in their system, because they were explicitly told not to do so by their manager. I had my notes from the calls I made to the other Mr. Nice Guy dispensaries & asked why the prices were markedly different, even though they insisted they were adhering to the same price structure and promotions in all 21 stores. I clearly understand, however, that OLCC does not allow the transfer of product between locations and consequently price fluctuations often occur causing the same flower to be priced differently across the same retailer based on inventory supply & demand.The associates were apologetic and asked me to please come back at 1 p.m. when Evan would arrive to help rectify the situation.After leaving the Bend location, I called Chantel at the 7th Street store in Eugene who re-confirmed they were discounting *all* flower. At the bottom tier, the difference in price between the two locations was double — for example the Purple Loco strain, at $60 an ounce totaled $480 in Bend vs. $240 in Eugene — a $20 an ounce variation in price, plus the 25% advertised promotion that the Bend staff refused to honor. Against my better judgment, I ran errands in Bend for over an hour, killing time awaiting Evan to stroll in 30 minutes late for his 1 p.m. shift instead of just going to Eugene.When I returned, I was greeted with Evan’s trademark arrogance and felt nothing but condescending attitude as he slowly tried to educate me on why they don’t discount their “everyday value flower that’s being given away at cost.” He went to a back room for less than than the time it would take to even dial the phone and said he just talked to a budtender in Eugene who denied they’re discounting bottom tier flower...Essentially negating all of my notes with budtenders’ names/dispensary addresses & calling me a liar. He dismissively told me I was being “nasty” & said he has the right to refuse service to anyone so I could just leave, adding I’d be hard pressed to beat their prices anywhere in Bend. Matt & Shay are TOP-NOTCH courteous budtenders whom I will miss seeing on a regular basis but other dispensaries deliver budget bud without bait & switch advertising or blatantly disrespectful management.There is absolutely no reason for a client to feel like they are dealing with a common thug while within the retail cannabis market & it’s precisely because of the unprofessional conduct of people like Evan Rich that the industry still lacks the respect of the general public. Unless you intend to be deceptive in your advertising a simple asterisk with a footnote about price exclusions is a solution that begs to be implemented with some basic staff training. Baited by your “appreciation” I spent hours & a tank of gas to go home empty handed. Merry Christmas 🤦🏼♀️

This was my first time into this shop and I wasn't familiar with most of their product. Cody working at the counter was absolutely amazing with helping me find a product that would fit my needs. He took the time to ask about why I use flower, different types I enjoy and poor experiences I've had in the past. He aloud me to check out different products and find one I would really enjoy. Thanks to this young man, I left as a very satisfied customer and will definitely be returning soon!

This is a dispensary, but feels more like a buddies place that you go to hang out. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. The prices and deals here are hard to beat anywhere in town. For a relatively newer dispensary, this rapidly became one of my favorite spots to go in Bend. They do a fantastic job of hiring the right people, and putting priority on their customers. This is a MUST VISIT!

This dispensary is the worst one. If you order off of dutchie like I do then don't go here!!! They straight up scam people. 5 different times the percentage had been waaaay lower than what they advertised on dutchie. So this time I called my husband as he was getting into the car and said make sure you check the percentage! Of course it was ten percent lower tha . What was advertised and at first they offered to fix it and then said they were gonna check the labels to see if they were wrong then he comes back and says oh sorry you left the store I cant take that back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They either need to pay attention. To what the h#$ they are putting on dutchie or make right all the messed up orders. I wont go here ever again and I advise everyone else to stay away from these scammers as well.

Want flower, concentrates, and assorted edibles, tinctures, balms, etc. that are organic and not raised with pesticides, etc., this is your home. As the name suggests, everything is organic. Because of this their selection isn't huge, but at least you know its going to be organic! The staff is wonderfully knowledgable about pretty much everything sold in the store, and very friendly.If you live in Bend they even deliver! And you can always place an order online for pickup if you don't live in Bend, but we always make the drive just to chat and see the folks there :)

High Grade Organics is now my favorite spot. We are from WA state and have experienced many different shops, but HGO by far exceeds them all. Such a professional and pleasant setting, Lexy was so incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend HGO to those of you who are looking for alternatives for anxiety and pain as I know a lot of people like me, the hardest part can be just walking in the door because you don’t know what to do or ask for once you get there. They also have great variety, but not at overwhelming and everything is laid out nicely on a chart to to find just what you’re looking for. Love this place! I will for sure be back!

I was passing through Bend on my way home to Sweet Home, I had just spent a couple weeks on the East coast and was more than ready to purchase some quality buds...Luckily I found High Grade Organics on Google Maps because I found a great selection of pre rolls and buds and one of the sweetest bus tenders ever (Laken) she was both knowledgeable and friendly. I will visit again when I am in the area.

The staff was nice but the gal helping me, you could see she just wanted the transaction finished. I purchased some “rude boi” because the sample nugs in the jar looked pretty decent. Definitely wasn’t rude boi and I knew that but wanted to grab the weed to show my peers, as I grow. When I opened the package the nugs were brown. Literally brown, not green, not fresh, and smelled like mildew. Being that it was harvested almost 5 months ago, and packaged 3 months ago and still being sold, I don’t think storage in a bag is appropriate. Can’t really be refunded because I live 120 miles away, but people should definitely check their product before embarking on their ride home. For a company calling themselves high grade organics, the opportunity to ensure the weed your selling to your customers is in fact high grade, was not taken and I’m disappointed at the amount of money I spent to have such a disappointing outcome between product and staff interactions.

A deep and fulfilling breath in a business that can feel polluted. They have all the things. Variety, in all facets. The kind of prices you pay for with smile. Delivery. Unquestionably high quality cannabis guaranteed organically grown. But what you should really know, is that this is the people’s dispensary. The reason this is the only place I buy cannabis from is because I always leave with a fuzzy feeling that money can’t buy. What the staff, and I mean every single employee, offers is much more than an encyclopedic knowledge of cannabis and a smile. They offer connection. These are genuinely interesting people with stories and personalities of their own, and connecting with these humans has been like taking a walk with an old friend. If cannabis in any capacity has a role in your life, go here. If you’re local, or even not, get to know these humans, don’t just buy their stuff. Share with them, listen to them, it’s more than just cannabis.

My mother was so impressed, she came along to get product recommendations for herself. Three generations of satisfied customers! Courteous, professional, welcoming facility.
