BEST FLOWER IN FLAGSTAFF!!! TOP SHELF IS WORTH THE FEW EXTRA BUCKS! SUNDAY AND TUESDAY ARE THE BEST DAYS TO GET HIGH QUALITY FLOWER AT A CHEAPER PRICE!Honestly Hmh has some of the best flower in Arizona! Trumeds, reef, and mint, are the only dispensarys that come close to Hmh quality. If you love flower that gives you a really good high that has a great aroma, taste, and high THC this is your place to go! I plan on moving to Phoenix next year and I will go out of my way to get flower from Hmh, I dont care how long the drive is, their flower is worth it!

I wanted to say, after going through the process of getting my medical marijuana card, HMH did all the paperwork and took care of my filing. Within days I was able to visit the dispensary and make my first purchase. The staff are very laid back and enjoy listening and helping you get your medicine with NO hassle. I will repeat that: NO hassle :). I've had more trouble buying a television than I did here. You guys are great! Thanks for what you do every day!

Very fast and friendly service. The candy is quality. We have to drive in from rural areas and it was the shortest but best stop in Flagstaff. I really liked the donation chips and choosing between organizations. I think you should do two for every ounce LOL. I was recommended the sublime brand edible candy and was hooked on the natural and local flavors featured. The lavender lemon I put in my juice water bottle that measures cups by hours of the day. This combination has been a real medical benefit in drinking water, getting certain juices in, or fruit elements. And this candy is so pretty lol. Drop it in with my fruits in my tea, some honey and shake to taste. Or cranberry juice and candy is awesome. So once you find how you feel you glean the medicine. And hydrate. At controllable levels.

First time in the dispensary and the bud tender was very friendly and professional right from a hand shake and welcoming me to the store. I was blown away by the selection and lay out of the store. Each tender has their own station complete with anything you want to order. The bud tender took his time bringing out several strains for me to see and smell. Highly recommend!

This place used to be amazing but now that every employee that was there when management changed quit, prices went up, they started carrying more boutique things with the bath products, lotions, lip balms, dips, spaghetti sauce, should I continue or do you see this isn't even a decent dispensary. Totally understand why everyone quit, you can drive 3 miles away to get good deals or 8 miles to get really really good deals. It's a shame to see this place being run into the ground and I feel bad for the owners cuz they're good people but got management way wrong.

Very knowledgeable staff and made me feel very comfortable. I went in to purchase some CBD oil for my knee pain and another affliction I have. I felt comfortable talking to the gentleman and he took time to explain things to me - how the oil works, cream and even gummies. I was given some reading material to help me be more knowledgeable as I start using it. Definitely recommend High Mountain, will be going back.

HIGH MOUNTAIN HEALTH IS A VERY CLASSY, HELPFUL PLACE THE STAFF IS SUPER AN THE PRODUCT THEY CARRY IS AMAZING. THEY ALLOW YOU TO SHOP AT YOUR OWN PACE AND WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. IT MADE SHOPPING LESS STRESSFUL AND I WALKED OUT FEELING THAT I HAD GOTTEN A GREAT DEAL AT A EVEN BETTER PRICE. OH YEAH AN I GOT TO SPIN A PRIZE WHEEL!!!!! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Pretty bad customer service in the back. Wanted CBD roll on they didn’t have it in stock even though they were advertising it asked if they could discount the other one they had nope wouldn’t do that BUT tried to offer me the USED one they did have to BUY. They don’t do any Apple Pay or credit cards or let you type in your debit card even when it was in my Apple wallet. There favorite words here are “no” and “unfortunately” never again.

I was a big fan of HMH but my last experience was so awful. I went in to buy infusion edibles that were priced at $22 and I had only $20 in cash. I asked if they accepted debit and the guy told me they did. I asked if there was extra fees to use your card and he said no. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to charge me $25 on my card and give me $3 back in cash, which I thought was fine. I ended up being charged and extra $2.95 for the transaction and another 2.50 for using another "ATM." I did not realize that I would have to pay all these extra fees. I believe the employee should have been adequate enough to inform me on the first fee, at the very least.
