Mature adult environment without a bunch of gobbledygook to distract you from why you are there. The owner is SUPER Friendly and personable as well as accessible. Can't blame this place if I ever got an extract that had a bad after taste, THEY ARE A RETAILER dealing in controlled substances, governed by laws that will cause them to be shut down all the way down to the possibility of jail time if these rules are not followed. Don't blame the store or owner if you are ignorant of these laws as they are also trying to keep YOU from getting yourself arrested for breaking the law of which some of you are OBVIOUSLY IGNORANT and if you are one of the whining fools complaining about this, you'd probably blame them for that too. Great shop, great hiring practices, great people. What the heck else you want, FREE WEED?

Called and asked if they had something in stock, was told "yes". They were nice enough to "hold" it for me. Went and picked up my "hold", and left. On the way home found out there was a mistake. Called back and was told they would exchange the product. Overall my experience was good. They made a mistake and were really great about it. They even refunded me $10 for my troubles. I couldn't ask for more.It should be noted that the owner is a little on the anti-social side, but then again when you're making millions you can act anyway you want. Overall good place to shop.

The employees were very nice and happy to make conversation as i figured out what I wanted. Any questions I had were answered in a positive, informative way. They had a wide selection of product to choose from, with nice prices. Would highly recommend, especually for those shopping around or new to marijuana use. A very nice experience!

I went on vacation and stopped at this place for some herbs. They have really good deals!!!!! I'm not sure If the pricing is this cheap across the whole state but I live in nevada (weed is legal here also) and You can't find prices this good anywhere! I was pretty shocked by the large selection they had as well the menu is pretty easy to navigate and the employees were really nice also.

I'd honestly give no stars the nerd was rude sold me expired concentrate from 2016 I had to act a fool for him to replace it like why would i put myself thru all that incovenience walk back there and hes forcing me to take something that doesnt work but he gave me the same exact brand which they were all TWO YEARS expired and this one also doesnt work so if u read this one bad comment and don't like when a business doesn't care about the costumer and will sell expired items and refuse to replace when they get caught come here this is definitely the worst shop I've been to and the staff treated me horrible this place is a rip off and I plan to advertise that to anyone I come across I don't want other hard working Americans getting ripped off like I did

Bearded guy with the lisp upfront at the desk double checked my ID (which isn't a problem I'm 22 I know I look young) but once he checked it over and over for what seemed like overkill considering the door man who sees me in there weekly already checks it when you walk in, he then proceeded to ignore me while I asked about recommendations he talked to his coworkers and then when he rung me up he didn't ask me how much I wanted he assumed only a gram and then he didn't ask if I had an account which is the kind of the only reason I go to this dispensary because they have a loyalty program which he neglected to accredit my account with.... everyone else there seems to know what they are doing though!

Ive been buying products through High Society for a few years now. I have never had any issues with quality or taste before until last week when buying a select manufacturers dab. My issue was that this $12/g white label dab tasted like burnt silicone for an after taste. Ive had other $12/g dab from this same manufacturer 3 times before in the same week that had the same aftertaste and felt like sharing my issue with the supervisor over the phone. Nick was more than helpful and helped me understand the difference on the colors of the labels and what they meant.He recommended me back to the same manufacturer but better quality blue label. I just got done testing this blue label and its well worth the extra little bit of cash so you definitely get what you pay for in quality. Great customer service all around tge board, the employees are as helpful as Nick dont be shy in asking questions to find the right productsThank you very much

I was just in this store for the first as my friends have recomended they're product . I had some questions as I am trying to convert from smoking flower to possibly vaping .I waited patiently for my turn . I was asking a guy about the vape paraphernalia and i was almost decided which way to go he asked me to not talk so loud because my voice echoes and it hurt his ears??? Excuse me??? First he asked to be Excuse to help someone behind me and I said no because I came to spend money and I have kids to go Home to and I also wanted to buy some CBD tincture I also am new at because I have pains from an accident. I told him that he can go and that I would wait for the next person to help me since I have clearly annoyed him and he lost his patience . I didnt want to continue working with him as he embarrassed me about my natural voice, what was I supoosed to do?? Speak like someone else??? I asked how he would feel if I told him his voice was annoying . When I asked the second "manager" as he was a manager also , if he could finish helping me because this guy clearly lost patience and was cruel with me the first guy said, "if you dont let me help you I have to ask you to leave." The second "manager" instead of saying something like, "go ahead, I'll finish helping her." Says instead, "shes not leaving?" Wow clearly just some kids that have high knowledge in "weed" but not an inkling on customer service or possibly how to handle society in a respectful maner.....ok fine ill go spend my money at Bud's Garage as have always have and have never ever been treated with such disrespect.

Below sub-par product that's extremely overpriced, rude staff, creepy bouncer, and I don't like being held captive. I've been locked in until I put things in pockets which I had none so had to put in my shirt and my fiance was locked in as well a different time. They are apparently unaware or just don't care that false imprisonment is a crime and all of their employees seem to be on an outrageous power trip. Avoid at all costs. Save your money put it in your tank and go somewhere that respects you and has actual knowledge of their products.
